My dear affable trusting Rick Pratt my fiancée was crippled by Dr. Kronick; Rick had several hip surgeries with this Dr and the last one left his almost 3″ shorter; a chronic limp and slap foot with heel on all shoes lifted to compensate; however dear friends you know once a mistake like this has happened it is forever. Item 2; first X-ray after surgery was as sharp break in the replaced hip device; Kronick said” this is «nothing». When the break in the metal of the hip he used became so painful; my dearest Rick was in for another hip operation to repair the crappy hip joint Kronick used –hence another operation. I cannot warn readers to be wary of this“surgeon” Rick is dying now of melanoma; but he would never have allowed me to complain about the MD Kronnick; now I am telling the truth about this incompetent surgeon. This is only my opinion and want that known I speak only for my wonderful Rick Pratt who suffered greatly from this Dr. Kronnick

He’s a good knee doctor. Busy, so it takes a bit of time to get into him, but the wait is worth it.

He replaced BOTH my hips at the same time, 10 year’s ago, they are still perfect, a couple of years after that, he replaced both my knees, if it were not for the minimal scars, I could not tell he had done any surgery. Dr. Kronick is simply THEBEST! His bedside manner is also outstanding. Simply put, there is no better !

My rating is giving Dr. Kronick the benefit of the doubt. My ‘usual’ orthopedist wasn’t available and I had an immediate need, so I agreed to see one of his associates, Dr. Kronick. When I read Dr. Kronick’s bio(provided on the Muir Orthopedic website), it did seem his interests fell into the ‘slice and dice’ category. At my first appointment with Dr. Kronick, I kept trying to share with him the kind of pain I was experiencing but he was not interested in anything I had to share; he was clearly determined to assess the injury his way and only his way! He did order an xray and followed it up with an MRI, so he was clinically thorough in that way. However, the followup appointment post-MRI was the breaking point — sat in a hot, stuffy exam room well past my appointment time. Finally had to leave, an hour after my appointment time, without seeing the doctor. Asked that he call me with the MRI info and did not hear from him until 1 hr and 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment! Then, given some vague after care instructions. Felt kicked to the curb! Finally went to my PCP the next day, who provided the care/instructions that should have been provided by Dr. Kronick to begin with. I will never accept an appointment with Dr. Kronick again.
