Me and my husband have been customers of head to toe since 2013. We usually opt for the 1 hour couples massage & we always have a great experience. But recently I noticed a difference in their service. The massage seems lacking! They start with a lot of rubbing over the blanket instead of their traditional therapeutic oil massage. The full body massage is more of a back massage, they hardly even massaged my arms nor legs and feet. I did not say anything because I was patiently waiting & anticipating that it was just their«warm up». After 1 hour I was still dissatisfied, bottom line, me and my husband agreed it’s time to find another massage place.

This is a great place to get a foot reflexology massage. $ 30 for 1 hour. It is a great price and you will truly enjoy the massage. My son and I have been going for the past 2 years. We have recommended the place to our family and friends and they love the place as well. Nice atmosphere. We are the first appointment of the day. We wear our sweats and leave an hour later feeling so relaxed and ready to start the day.

This is not a massage or reflexology. This is just a guy beating you up and putting random pressure on your body. I went with a friend and we both experienced pain during and after our massage. It was violent and there is zero customer service. They are not experts, just men without any skills. I am very disappointed and will never come back.

This was a very nice experience — it’s really affordable and I got a wonderful massage. I really enjoyed their set up: very minimal but still cozy. It felt clean and they were all friendly. Quiet and relaxing. Loved the dark lights. Will recommend it to my friends…

Completely disappointed. Showed up on time for two appointments, waited ½ hour in waiting room, then they took us back and we waited in the chairs for another 15 min. At that point we ran out of time to even have our appointment. When we got up and left no one even said anything. The front desk person offered us a $ 5 coupon for our next visit and proceeded to tell us how she was sick and couldn’t come out of the bathroom. I don’t think we will ever return.

If you are looking for a true massage this place is probably not for you. I think what they do is technically Reflexology but I don’t care what you call it… for the $$ you can’t beat this place — 90 minutes for $ 70 and I am more than satisfied. In town on business and had Sunday off so I called at 10:30 and asked for an 11AM appt. Not only were they able to accommodate me with such short notice they were even able to change my appt from 60 min to 90 min when I got there. There was no wait… I was taken to a private room right away and Lily was knocking on my door in less than 5 min. I’ve been on the road for over a month so I wound up tight but for the next 90 min Lily worked the the stress out of my neck, shoulders and lower back. The scalp massage she gave me was amazing and I walked out of there with messy hair and a huge smile on my face. I wish I lived closer but if I am ever in area again I will be back!

What. Was. That? I have had Chinese massage before. This wasn’t it. I won’t be back, Unilocalers! You steered us wrong! I just had a 60 minute«deep tissue» massage with a lady who seemed to have no knowledge of anatomy. It was the second worst massage I have ever had. It is similar to that massage in that I left thinking, «Hmmm, I just paid money to have someone with no massage training awkwardly slather cooking oil on me.» I suppose if you are looking for someone to try to put you to sleep, it might be okay. But I couldn’t even relax because some of the things she was doing were just so weird. Not only did she seem like she didn’t know what she was doing, it was as if she had never had or seen a massage — except perhaps watching an old movie where a prize fighter gets a massage where he is jostled around vigorously. For example, I asked for deep tissue, but she just kept using her forearms and elbows over my back. I’m relatively thin so this felt like someone was using my back ribs as a washboard. I asked her to use her hands. When she did, it was as if she had never touched another person before and was poking at my skin to see what might be underneath. Maybe this was just a fluke but I don’t think so. My husband was in the same room getting a massage and he also asked for deep tissue. I looked over and it wasn’t deep tissue and he was sleeping. Um, you can’t fall asleep during a deep tissue massage unless you are super medicated!(He wasn’t.)

Amazing experience! Paid $ 31 for the Special Food Reflexology plus 10 minutes back. My therapist really worked on my shoulders to rub out my tension and knots. It was just what I needed after a long week at work. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

I have never been disappointed with the foot reflexology service at Head 2 Toe. I’ve been there at least 8 times and my favorites are Jerry and Tom. The facility is well appointed, very clean, and quiet. I always leave feeling relaxed and especially pleased with the foot reflexology portion of the massage. I highly recommend Head 2 Toe.

Hubby and I were just flip flopping around downtown Walnut Creek deciding what to do and decided to try this place. We have gone to many expensive massage spas/resorts all over the country, and yet this small, inexpensive place is AMAZING! We had Emily and Linda and both were great at different techniques and pressure points, normally not used in traditional massage places. We both had a 30 min foot reflexology and 40 minute body massage. The reflexology chairs could use updating(pleather is chipoing off), but clean. The couples room massage is fine — it’s not a fancy place and it’s silly if you are expecting it to be. It’s clean and the price you’re paying is for the awesome massage service… not the fluffy ambience. Highly recommend!

It’s a great bargain and very clean. I didn’t have to get undressed either!

The wife and I love this place. Once a month we get a foot and back massage combo. We usually see Jason, and Lily. They run specials all the time.

I’ve been going here for a while and from my last experience I’m not sure if I would go back. The girl I had sounded sick and kept opening the door and leaving it open when I was getting massaged. It made me feel uncomfortable since I was mostly exposed, and I could hear people constantly walking back and forth and talking in Chinese. It was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I usually tip around $ 10 – 15 sometimes $ 20, but this time I left her $ 5. I didn’t want to even tip her after I noticed the door was ajar the entire time.

Awesome massage for an incredible value. It is easy to get an appointment, the price is right, and the full-body massage is excellent. I have seen many of the therapists and overall find them to be great. I ask for more pressure and am usually satisfied with what I get. You start with a full body massage, lying face down and if you ask, you can get a lot of work in problem area. I always ask them to focus on the back and neck area. The flip side goes more quickly which is fine with me. They do use oil, and then you get a nice wipe down with hot towels. Nothing fancy here, no frills, but a nice ambiance with legit massage services. A full hour costs $ 40, seriously! Do it, you’ll be glad you did.

LOVE this place. I have been here about 4 times now and I’ve only been to one girl because she is amazing. Her name is Linda. I’ve seen her almost every week sense I first had her. She is so good! They only charge $ 40 for an hour full body! Great deal. Obviously I will and have been back several times.

Cheap, professional, and clean — and I’ve never had any trouble walking in without an appointment. The therapists are great and speak limited English, but the hostess that checks you in is always fluent. So let her know if you have complicated requests. 5 stars for the cheapest and best massages in WC.

My wife and I just received a couples massage here. Wow-what a great place. Clean, professional and thorough. Every part of my body is completely relaxed. I’m a runner and Lucy worked on all of the places I ache on a regular basis. My wife is already talking about having a massage from Charlie on a weekly(bi-weekly) basis. We loved it.

I’ve been a member of this other chain massage place. We’ve all seen it. Well let me tell you, the massage they gave me here would make that other place have«massage envy». This woman started at the top of the hour and ended 1 minute after the close of the hour. The massage was fantastic. I was able to actually get a hamstring massage cause they’re not so puritan that they wrap your leg in a blanket down to your knee. So yeah it was fantastic, and very professional, AND she even took the time to wipe all that damn oil off of me. I can’t tell you how often it’s been that I get a massage and can’t shower til way after, causing me to break out on my shoulders due to their using 10w-30 on me for 49.5 minutes. I like places that respect my time, my body, and especially my wallet. Bravo.
