Congratulations Hansom — What a great experience!
Let me start from the very beginning. I have been using Limousine services for almost 3 years so far and I have personal 3 criterias to evaluate a successful company in private transportation business.
1. Punctuality. The car was scheduled for 5:00AM but was was ready outside of my house at 4:45AM. This is very important because if I can’t see the vehicle 5 minutes prior to scheduled time I tend to get nervous. That was a promising start!
2. Vehicle Condition. Not only the vehicle was clean and fresh with water, gums and newspaper, car itself was new 2014 GMC Yukon woohoo!
3. Professionalism and personality of the driver. As soon as I opened my front door to get out, Terry, the driver greeted me, introduced himself and politely asked if he could take my bag. When I got in the car he welcomed me and we started a pleasant and smooth trip which set a positive tone for the rest of the day. No unsolicited conversations, no negative comments, no frequent lane changes.
