Workers always seem a bit nice, but they don’t seem sanitary. Put gloves on without washing their hands and one guy was wearing a du-rag Plus there’s always someone hanging around the cash register that knows a worker(s) and looks, uh suspicious. They don’t offer normal Subway discounts, which is a bit annoying. The 1 big perk about this location is the last right before leaving Waldorf.

First I would like to say the staff is young and very unprofessional. I had ordered two subs and felt like I was irritating the employee based on the fact I was ordering two subs. She made it known to her co-worker right in front of me of how BIG of an inconvenience it was for her. Unfocused while preparing my sub as she talks to the other co-workers about their imbecilic personal lives, I felt complete undermined as a customer. I am a soft spoken person and up until my last condiments I wanted to be placed on my sub she rudely yells at me to speak up. Couldn’t she have asked me nicer when she first started making my sub for me to speak up if she could barely hear me? I just think she is so loud herself she can’t hear the world around her. After leaving Subway my mood had down plummeted and my feelings had been hurt as well. I really love the subs at Subway but the terrible staff will cause me never to go there again.

Owned by foriegn nationals and they do not honor Veterans on Veterans Day with the free six inch sub offer… Can not believe I have been purchasing subs from this location and they do not honor veterans… will never return again. As a matter of fact, the two subways on Smallwood and Festival Way are owned by the same people and they have told their employees not to allow the free six inch sub. They have the right and I have the right not to purchase from their business every again.
