Horrible. Ordered delivery at 12:15pm at 12:48 still did not show up. When I called the dude that answered the phone was very untrained and dismissive. Horrible customer service. The manager was absolutely no help. Never received the sandwich. Do not order from here.

I was super impressed with this joint! Walked in for the first time, the cashier explained to me how everything works, I got a turkey club and it was assembled and waiting for me before I even got done paying! Haha. I like that they have kettle chips as opposed to the normal stuff. My sub was VERY fresh and loaded. Can’t complain. The whole staff was very polite and happy. Now if only they had flat bread…

I have nothing but great things to say. The food is always delivered super fast. The employees are always super friendly over the phone if I ever have any questions. The online ordering makes it super easy to add any special requests or variations. The pricing is on the inexpensive side.
If you love sandwiches and subs I whole heartedly recommend this location. Never ordered from another.

My first visit to JJ I got Gargantuan with bacon. It was pretty freak’n good. Fresh, tasty, and big. I couldn’t finish it … I will be back.

I am a fan of the Jimmy John chain. Unfortunately, this location keeps coming up short for me. I almost always stop in on Fridays for lunch. I have yet to receive a warm greeting or the super fast service JJ is famous for. Staff could use some pointers from the Annapolis franchise.

I really enjoy the Turkey Tom. Great bread and love the shredded lettuce. I wish I was a little closer so they would deliver to me but the drive thru is fast.

4 stars because I love the subs especially the turkey tom! Subs taste fresh and the bread is wonderful; better then subways. The drive thru window is also a plus but that is also where they need improvement. Out of the 4 times I have used the drive thru only once did I not have to yell for someone to take my order. When a worker does respond they always act as if I was supposed to speak first which is really annoying considering they can see cars thru the side window and there is a camera on the wall!

Simplicity is usually a solid recipe for success, and Jimmy John’s has the right ingredients. Good bread, simple choices, incredibly fast and friendly service all add up to a good lunch time option if you’re on the go or need your food fast.
I came in for the first time on my way back down from New Jersey and got the Billy Club. I was hungry and wanted to get back to my hotel room. This gem had roast beef, ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard. Nothing crazy, just your average sandwich toppings. It all blended well and it was in my hand ready go in less than a minute. It was like a factory line cranking it out. I was impressed with the cat like reflexes the sandwich artists displayed.
I try not to make a living eating gut busting sandwiches, but Jimmy John’s is a nice option to have in your back pocket.

First time trying it today and I was impressed! I got the #3 totally tuna… I did not have to add any salt or pepper, talk about being yumlicious! For my son I got the #1 pepe… He enjoyed every bite. Needless to say, we will be regulars! BTW #freakyfastdelivery indeed!

I’ve ordered from here several times now in person and by phone. I have no real issue with the food. I usually order the Italian w/​peppers no mayo… it works for me. My issue and irritation comes from the lack of manners displayed by the kids who take your order by phone. This issue really needs to be addressed by the owner and or management. Any job worth doing is worth doing right!

Typical DC sub with no meat. Very fresh, service was fast but can I get some meat. My Italian had one piece of meat and one thin slice of cheese. No better or worse than Subway.

Go to «kmart » buy some no name brand lunch meat borrow some government cheese out of D.C. and put it together, thats what «Jimmy Johns» taste like.

While in ND, I would travel 4 hours to a JJ’s. I love the sandwiches and this location sticks to the recipe. Not the best JJ’s I’ve been. Mostly due to the service. I wish the workers would be a little more enthusiastic towards customer service and not lean on the counter, make eye contact and not sigh when talking to the customers.
