This UHaul location was located close to the freeway. The gal at the front desk provided great customer service, and was very professional. It didn’t take any time at all to drop off our UHaul truck.

Very impressed by the efficiency of the folks behind the desk. They try to get you in and out quickly and expediently, trucks are clean and maintained well. Would rent from then again in a heartbeat.

I’ve rented multiple times from this specific business and found it to be fast, effiicient and fair in their pricing. People behind the counter do everything they can to expedite the process.
I only encountered 1 small issue with the One Way rental (my problem) … I went to drop off the truck in LA and the location in Woodland Hills wouldn’t take it because I didn’t call in advance. Fortunately there was another drop-​off only 2 miles away.

They let my car sit until it was cold, then tested the emissions and failed it. I took it to my usual repair place to address the supposed problems, and those folks passed it easily after making sure it was at operating temperature.
Huge waste of time, and they should know better.
