Subway

Don’t bother… My husband and I walked in on Sunday June 4^th at about 1:30 to find no tables available as there was promotional posters and flyers on all of the tables but one and that one had seated customers. We walk up to the counter to find a customer patiently waiting (don’t know how long). We wait a minute or two thinking that someone will come from the back because we can hear them laughing and singing. We know that they saw us because they looked right into the convex mirror that is up on the way. But did that make them come up front not in the least. It wasn’t until the woman that had been waiting tapped the bell that was on the counter. Finally two employees come out one of which was an older woman who obviously didn’t want to be there. She had an attitude from the start and when we stepped out of line because we couldn’t make up our minds she said very condescendingly «thank you» and gave us the stink eye. The other people behind us heard her remark and said she didn’t just say that did she. Obviously she has no customer service skills as the other reviews about her are just a bad. She must be related to the owner because if she worked for me and I had that many complaints about an employee she would be fired. We will NOT be back and we will drive to Jersey’s Mikes where the employees actually know what customer service is. Maybe she should take some lessons from them.

Subway is a decent chain, but I’m not a fan of the service at this location. Don’t be afraid to tell them exactly what you want if you think they are doing your order wrong. (But be polite.)

Non peak time staff is the worst I’ve seen at a subway. They are rude and short with customers. They don’t listen if you want more or less of a topping or condiment. I witnessed them being rude to an elderly lady that was in front of me in line. With so many subways around I would go about 4 blocks and hit the one north or south of this one on melrose.
I’ve hit this one up twice in the past two weeks at about 2:30 — 3:00 and found the experience the same both times.

Just want to thank the lunch crew at this location for their awesomeness! Always quick, organized, polite. The sandwiches are always loaded with the veggies and ample amounts of the requested meat! Its the only place around here I can get in, get my lunch and get out in less than 10 min. no matter how long the line is! THANK YOU! I do a lot of subways — this one is so far the best — everything is always super fresh and because of the crew!

One thing about Subway that seems common– THEY ARE SKIMPY on the meat portions! Gotta start avoiding all of them! They do have a nice selection of different bread, and sauce– but I want meat on my sandwich!

This Subway is the best ever, they make incredible sandwiches and they are extremely generous with the stuff they put on your sandwich. Especially the manager of this Subway, he does a really good job making the sandwiches and he is very friendly.

My favorite Subway. I don’t know who the owner is, but every person working there has excellent customer service skills. I’ve never had a bad experience.

makes a bomb sandwich, usually there at lunchtime.
he always greets you, and asks how your day is going, and is always on point on listening and even remembering your preferences. ive been there twice and its awesome.
I love subway because i’m picky about sandwiches, so seeing it made infront of me is awesome, and the way i want it. and it tastes sooo much better when you enjoy your visit too!

friendly service, clean inside and out, located right next to RBV high so im sure gets rather busy… and next to a jamba juice, so i get a smoothie and sandwich, heck yeah!

I like going to any Subway cause you always get exactly how you like your sandwich! Faves would be Meatball Marinara on Jalapeño bread and Chicken Teriyaki on 9 Grains Honey Oat!
I’m glad this specific Subway is just a block away from me! And I like that it’s always clean!

The worst Subway I have ever been to in my entire life. It was dirty, out of date, I found a hair in my sandwich, and the manager was rude! I wouldn’t suggest that anyone even if it was the last restaurant on Earth to go there. What ever you do DON’T GO!

Good price for a good meal… some people don’t like Subway, but it’s healthy, inexpensive, and convenient.

Fine service and they listened to me when I described exctly what I wanted. they did it my wy for sure. Love the new 7 Omega Oil bread.

Come hungry, leave happy. I love this place. Everything here is sooo fresh and tasty. And their cookies are sooo delicious! I always get the veggie sandwich on honey wheat add avocado. They have a huge menu selection to satisfy everyone. Fast, cheap and healthy!

finally got my meatball sammich (PS quiznos doesn’t do meatball n-​e-​more) and it was yummy… and HOT. be careful! i totally burned my mouth and subway is almost as big as mcdonlads… lawsuit? thanks subway! yummy!
