Subway

For a fast food alternative this place is great. The staff is friendly, professional and fast. I eat there nearly every otherday and even at its busiest they are quick. The speak english fluently and make my sandwich right every time. As far as subways… this one is a great store.

The worst of the worst. The tuna, which I used to love is now half size and still light not white tuna. Give me a break.

This is a great subway location, it’s clean, the staff is friendly and there’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It can get pretty busy at noon as it’s surrounded by a few businesses so I typically go around 12:30 and there’s never a wait. However, even during the busy time the line moves fast as their staff are very thorough and they have a great system worked out!
This location is across the street from my work and I’ve been going here for so long that both Mike & Jackie know my order! It really shows a business’s wonderful service when staff members can remember a customer’s order that comes in an average of once a week. Every time I walk in their doors of this location I am greeted by the staff, everyone is always so friendly, they always say hello, ask me how my day is going and always have a smile on their face!
The one thing I like about Subway is they offer any sandwich in the form of a salad which I love as I’m not much of a bread eater and they’re quite filling, healthy, fresh and cost effective! If you’re not a subway sandwich or salad fan and you friends and coworkers are here there are a few other places in the same center and you can all sit together on the 2 outdoor patios.

Unilocal really should provide negative stars. I would definitely have used a negative 3 stars here. Terrible sandwich, bad service and owner of franchise just lost my business (as well as my friends).
I ordered a vegetarian sandwich. Most people would think this sandwich would then have a veggie patty included right? Well apparently this store didn’t include one because, get this, they make sandwiches with just vegetable in it! So I called to let the server know what happened and she had to talk to manager and manager had to talk to owner and ya da ya da! You know what it’s my fault for going to Subway anyway… so peeps this place is AVOID AVOID AVOID!

well where do I even start. it was the worst subway experience ever! we walk in at 8:55 and the girl rudely says they close in 5 min. so I told her it was okay cause we weren’t eating there. so then she starts to make us our sandwiches and she has the worst attitude ever! she was throwing the trays around. Just being completely rude. oh and I asked for mustard and she had to go to the back and get it and she rolled her eyes at me. But me being the nice person that I am I was being polite… wait it gets worse. She finishes making the sandwich puts it in the bag and throws it on the counter. Then she rings it up and we pay and notice she over charged us. So we let her know and guess what? yup she was totally rude… didn’t say bye or have a good night or nothing… So we get home and the subs are all squished. And the chicken bacon ranch sub had no ranch! So yea I am never going there ever again. I don’t care if I have to drive an extra 20 min.

Food was the usual, but the two guys working behind the counter were having a lover’s quarrel or something. Anyway, rude, impatient with my 8 year old, and apathetic to their work and it seemed life in general. I’ll go to submarina next time, way better anyway.

I love this place, Jessi is super friendly and helpful! My veggie sub was yummie made me belly smile. Even when there were a bunch of people there and the line was long, it went super fast. You guys got a great system

Wife and I pick and choose when we are eating hear based on the staff. It all comes down to the Manager. She is super rude and has no concept of customer service. She argued with a customer about the charge for «toasting» a sub. It’s not on the menu, so you can’t charge for it… and she just held up the line arguing about it and not giving the customer the charge back for good faith. So, Wife and I walk by at lunch, look inside and enter or go on our way to the pizza place on the corner… where service is the first priority.

Well, reading the other reviews I know exactly each one of them are talking about. I’ve had many bad experiences myself that I try not to come here as well. But because of the time of day, I would be fighting awful traffic to go to another location that is not too far away. So I bit my lip and entered the store. I was the only customer, the employee Juana was actually friendly and patient, as I had to call someone on one of the orders I was placing. I had a total of 4 sandwiches and all different. As I checked out she said if any were wrong to just call her.
I was really surprised, because I have never ever had good service at this location.

I don’t like going to this one, especially when the young girls are working. I went to get a sandwich for my husband. He normally gets a sanwich thats like the Italian combo (I think thats what its called) with marinara sauce and just the deli meat and cheese.
I asked the girls for marinara on the sandiwch and all three gave me a blank look. One even pulled out the parmesan cheese and said, «you mean the marinara cheese?» When I explained what marinara sauce was they said «ohhhh you mean meatball sauce». *facepalm*
Yeah. the parmesan cheese kinda did it for me. Plus their lettuce looked kinda brown on one of my sandwiches. I’d just go to the one by Food 4 less.
