Pizza Hut

I just made my first and last trip to this Pizza Hut. I called in an order for carry out and was told it would be ready in 15 – 20 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes after I called and was told my order wasn’t ready yet. I waited 10 minutes and went back to the counter and was told my order should be ready soon. After waiting 10 more minutes I went to the counter and asked when will my order be ready and the woman at the counter looked around and found my order in the bottom of the warming oven, it had been there the whole time!

This location stole my credit card information and ran up over $ 250 of charges in Nevada. The shift manager was very helpful and said that this has happened many times here before and that the general manager would be in contact with a resolution. I called back a week later and the general manager Cindy not only denied the possibility of it happening but also said that the shift manager didn’t know what she was talking about. To me, this sounds like the general manager is not only ineffective at her managerial position, but also likely in on the credit card fraud scheme she is so quick to defend and deny. Buyer beware, or pay cash! Filing a police report Monday.

Pizza in CA is so hit and miss it’s nice to have a Pizza Hut where you know what you’ll get. Best pizza in the area for sure and the prices are ½ of what the other places in the area charge. Try the pretzel crust, amazing!

I was waiting for a delivery and they all of a sudden call me to come pick it up, cause the delivery guy had problems with his car, that’s not my problem I placed my order already! So unprofessional!!! Won’t order here no more!

Ordered half pepperoni, half with sausage, mushrooms, black olives and spinach. Asked for extra cheese on all of it (certainly paid for it) as Pizza Hut has recently gotten skimpy with their cheese. Order showed up on time, friendly driver, smelled wonderful. Opened the box to find that there was no extra cheese to be seen and apparently they forgot the spinach until it was headed out the door and they threw it in the box on its way out. You can see it hasn’t been cut with the rest of the pizza. As it was later in the evening and we were starving I didn’t take it back to the store to ask them what the heck. Half assed attempt to get the order right. I had avoided Pizza Hut for a long time because of price and skimping on the ingredients. Now I see they’re skimping on the whole effort. Won’t be ordering again.

First and last time ordering from here. I placed a pizza on order and the wait time was half an hour. Not bad at all for a wait time. When the order was 30 mins late, i called to check the status on the pizza. They said the driver showed up, knocked and called me twice and i didnt answer. We verified my information and all was correct. I had no missed calls and was at home the whole time. Complete waste of time.

It’s a pretty average pizza place, no where to eat indoors, but we normally get it to go anyways! We ordered our pizza at a normal «Friday rush time» (6pm) and they still had it ready in 15 mins! Perfect timing! The girl was super sweet who we picked it up from! She showed the boys their pizza (the Big Dipper!) and acted equally excited about their choice lol! Pizza is nice and hot, and I asked since we are trying new flavors and if we don’t like it, we can call for a replacement! Great, fast and easy service! I appreciate that they have a good selection of coupons online as well as online only coupons! Can’t wait to dive in and see how it tastes! We are Friday night pizza people so it’s nice to try a new place close to our new house! Although, not so keen on the pizza smell in my car now haha, but such is the price you pay for honey sirachi crust and jalapeño pizza! Only negative is that when I tried to do the $ 7.99 medium deal, I tried to do stuff crust and it was a $ 5 difference!
