McDonald’s

Like all fast food restaurants, it all depends who is working there at the time of your visit. I have learned that you cannot judge a location based on one single experience there. That being said, this McDonalds (at its best) is amazing in terms of service and quality at its bad times, they have never failed to make it right! Very happy

This place always has the worst service unfortunately the post office is next door I have no choice when I’m hungry

I’m sure that no one even reads reviews for McDonald’s anymore, but I feel like I have to put this up. I’m not really a fan of McDonald’s, but I work at a store down the street, and this location is very convenient for my lunch breaks. I come to this location very often now, because the customer service is THAT GOOD. The staff here is very friendly, and very easy to work with. In particular there is a manager here named Carolyn, her customer service is the best I’ve come across in any restaurant/​fast food place ever. She is very friendly, and goes out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction. I’m serious, if you’re a tourist, or someone in the area who just loves reading Unilocal reviews, the customer service at this McDonald’s is worth eating the questionable food. And if you happen to be someone from McDonald’s corporation, Carolyn deserves a raise. I’m not the only customer that comes back multiple times a week to see her.

Drive thru service here has PLUMMETED in the last week. Been here 3x in 2 days & my order was wrong all 3 times. No one seems to know their own menu items & the average time ordering seems to be around 4 mins because no one seems to have an idea what they’re doing or how to take the simplest orders. Plus, the «breakfast all day» concept has them completely baffled. I will drive the extra time it takes to go to another location from now on.

Came home to eat my food, something tasted really off. I opened my burger and they gave me three pickle ends with stem and all. I’m not sure what I did to piss off your kitchen but I haven’t been back here ever since.

Ugh wrong service for a couple staff members attitude and use to be fast but now is sliding downward. Idk how long this place is going to be CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY

Stop here to bet some Hotcakes with Sausage… get to my office and the bag which should contain syrup and the fake butter is filled with salt and pepper… a lot of salt and pepper.
So, here I am eating really dry pancakes… last time coming here for breakfast.

Place got more ghetto you got lil wannabe gangstas chillin in the front bumbin they music lookin like boys from malibu most wanted and play area still dirty and nasty looking they need a upgrade even people who aren’t customers come thru the play area and chill there some people even treat this place like a park bringing there dogs and chillin under the tree right in front of the mcdonalds just cause it’s a cheap place to eat don’t mean for the place to look so bad and run down.

This place used to have good service but lately the last few times we’ve gone there we’ve been kept waiting one time for 30min. (I checked the receipt) they made us park out front and wait and it seemed like they were having every customer do that instead of allowing themselves a chance to catch up, so that they won’t get bad times! It sucks cuz we go there for FAST food, if we wanted to sit and wait 30min with our baby then we might as well have gone some place and sat down and ate!

Service has really begun to slide at this location. I’ve been here a few times and service used to be pretty quick but the last few times it’s gotten worse. Went by today for a quick bite and found the drive thru backed up in to the parking lot, a good six cars back so decided to walk in since there weren’t many cars in front. Ordered my burger, fries and McFlurry, no special orders just the basic, as is. Took 16 minutes to get my order. it wasn’t like I was waiting for fries because the ones I received were warm but not hot fresh out of the oil so that wasn’t an excuse. Even if I were waiting for fries, they don’t take 16 minutes.
It didn’t appear to be a staffing issue either because there were a lot of bodies behind the counter. Others seemed to be waiting just as long for their orders. With so many other choices in the area you’d think they’d make speed more important.

I have been there several times, drive-​thru only. I don’t remember one time, my order was actually right. So many times, I drove home just to find items missing, even though I had been charged for it.
One of the times, I called up to mention it and they said I could come back and get the missing item, which was nice. So, while they made an attempt to fix it, it was just too much hassle to get back down there to get it again.
I guess, if you go there make sure you check your order…

The worst service ever… Ordered an ice cream cone and cinnamon melts waited for about 15 min. we were told the wait was because of the cinnamon melts when I went to eat them they were still frozen

I’ve been here about four times since I started working close by a few months ago. Their drive thru has no mic. You tell your order to the person face to face. Less confusion there. I have not had a bad experience and find the staff to be pretty friendly.
Be warned that Vista High is just a block away. So don’t go between 1 – 4.
