Drive through window process was smooth. Other than that, they got my order wrong so had to wait. I understand that if there is a technical difficulty it’s not your fault, but when I’m sitting for 5 minutes at the window I expect the food to be fresh. Fries were undercooked, spicy chicken sandwich was soggy and came with bacon and cheese of which I did not order, the only thing that came warm was my drink — ice tea with no ice, perfect. Be accountable, simple.

I came in to get a teriyaki bowl. The guy who took my order who I am going to assume is they lagged on getting me my receipt there was a guy eating in the kitchen area. I got my order to go. When I started eating my chicken bowl. I noticed the rice was under cooked and over cooked at the same time. Meaning it was mushy on the outside and crunchy on the inside. I mean they should be given a medal for accomplishing that. The time was 10:30 am today!

Employees here are more concerned with chit chat amongst themselves instead of helping customers out. Also, they advertise«Free Wifi» and the man at the front, Sergio, said he would try and find out what was up with the Wifi and he didn’t. We sat there and stared at him while he sat and chatted with his buddy. We were paying customers and only had a question about the wifi that he promised to go look into, but he didn’t. That’s disrespectful, if he didn’t know anything about it, that’s all he had to say instead of telling us something we wanted to hear to get us out of the line we were waiting in. The food is average, just the employees are so unprofessional.

Got the stomach flue here cause some fucktard didn’t wash their hands when they prepared my food. I spent my 21st birthday hugging a toilet. Memory ruiners over here.

Overall I like Jack in the Box and will always return, but a few things that bother me: The breakfast sandwiches. The supreme crossiant or sausage come with a real egg, but the two bigger breakfast sandwiches like extreme sausage come with prefab eggs(and a burger-like bun, ewww!!). How about a sausage crossiant double the size? For now I’m stuck ordering two … oops. Also the smoothies are Mehhhhh. Mango one is the worst, others are ok. Overall I think they don’t taste like real fruit at all, and have too much ice; i’d prefer frozen fruit used instead.

This Jack’s has been here for at least a hundred years. I remember it back when I was in high school and it was good then and it’s good now. It’s been remodeled a couple times but the food and service remain consistent. It’s Jack in the Box. The food is fast, the food is good and I’ve had my share at a lot of their locations but this one has never given me the wrong order, shorted me a grease wallet(taco) or screwed me on my change. The sauce is in the bag with the napkins and a straw… EVERYTIME! This location may scare off some people since it’s kind of in the ghetto but if you’re near here and need your egg roll fix or two Grease Wallets for 99¢ then by all means stop in! I’m hooked on the Really Big Chicken Combo right now. Don’t waste your $ 3.99+tax on the BBQ one, it sucks. Get the original! And the shakes are fantastic.

Jack in the Box has really stepped it’s came up. I recently came to notice. I would check out the nutrition facts on their web site but my 2 new faves are the Teriyaki Bowl with Grilled Chicken and a chicken egg roll with sweet and sour sauce. I must say their sweet and sour sauce & egg roll is a million times better than Panda Express’. It’s fried of course but the yummy type of the greasy type. I ravage that egg roll every time! My second option is the Chicken Fajita Pita with Curly Fries in place of the regular ones. Pure yum. I’ve been getting the Flavored Iced Teas of late. Peach and Mango syrup put into the regular fresh brewed Iced Tea ain’t bad. It’s just the right amount of sweet. Oh yeah they have mini churros now too. With some type of sweet cinnamon purée in the middle. I’ve gotten fine service at this location but most of the time I’m just hitting up the drive thru on my way to class. Also this location is right next to Ice Box. A good second when Ice Box is closed.
