I hadn’t had KFC in about a year or so. My husband and I stopped by to eat since it’s right by our house and I’m sorry that I can’t remember exactly what we ordered. The food was so greasy and disgusting that I actually got sick not to long after eating it. Easily the worst thing I’ve ever received from a fast food restaurant or any restaurant for that matter. Absolutely horrible.

This place has the worst customer service and they always get my order wrong… Caty or whatever her name is, should not be a supervisor… I called them earlier because she screwed up my order and not once did she apologize and all she said was, «oh, next time I will give you extra cheese» and then clicked on me. She should be fired!!!

All I can say is WOW! The crummiest group of employees I have ever seen. Last week, I ordered two breasts(original recipe), and two large sides. Got home, and found that they gave me 2 extra crispy instead. When I came in today, and brought it up(while ordering the same thing), Jose, who took my order, simply looked at me with that«deer in the headlights» stare, and said absolutely nothing. Laura, another clearly less than motivated employee, when I asked if there was some sort of form that I could fill out, or if I could have the contact information for the franchise owner, I was told that would be impossible, but was happily told I could take the survey, as noted on my receipt, and that was a good way to do things as lots of folks use that methodology to complain. In addition, when my total was told to me, and I gave Jose a $ 20 bill, he asked me if I could give him 2 cents, which I did. Then he gave me back $ 7.24. This made NO Sense to me, so I asked why he needed 2 cents, and again I got that dumbfounded look. I finally said forget it, at which time, he took 2 cents and put them in the little penny cup by the register! Really??? I did fill out the survey, and received an email back from Claire, the manager, who said(and I quote)… «One of our many goals is to provide a great experience for all of our guests. I am sorry that we did not meet that expectation. We appreciate your comments and we thank you for taking the time to let us know. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me at…(number redacted).» ALl I can say is WOW… a canned«sorry we didn’t meet YOUR expectations» reply. I wouldn’t really characterize this behavior as a simple case of unmet expectations. I imagine this tells us how little the owner cares about the customer. I guess I will avoid KFC from now one… as if they care! You might think twice about giving such your money to a franchise run as disrespectfully and as disinterested in customer service and satisfaction as this one.

Went in through the drive thru last night. Told the girl specifically that I wanted Mashed Potatos, Potato Wedges and Mac n Cheese. Instead, she insists on giving me and charging me for Greens. Had to drive back and ask for the order to be redone and as it turns out, only 11 pieces of chicken out of 12. Double oops. 1st star is there cause I need to give one according to Unilocal. The 2nd star is for the manager who was very polite and friendly throughout the entire exchange — counted the pieces and gave us our Wedges despite the receipt listing it as Greens.

I went to kfc n San marcos… realized my order was totally wrong. I had just threw away my receipt, so I went to the one in vista since I was near by. I spoke to a manager and she said that she could not help me because it is a different kfc. She had to call and confirm with the other store, rolled her eyes at me and pretty much through the bag to me. I will never support customer service or places that accept that type of management.

Friendly drive-thru service! But, it is difficult to understand through the speaker, the words are hard to understand. Maybe it’s time to have it tuned. The service at the pickup window at the drive-thru, excellent. Great chicken and great service, I love it!

KFC is a decent place for fast food fried chicken. What I enjoy is that you can get a lot off food for a pretty low price. The chicken is good and most of the side items are ok. I thought it was nice that when at the drive up window the girl showed me each thing I ordered as she put it in the bag.

got a bad case of food poisoning a while back. I was throwing up and had fever with severe chills(muscles spasming) for 2 whole days, thought I was going to have to go to the hospital. Will NEVER eat here again, in fact that experience has put me off from eating KFC all together. I hope the health dept shuts this location down

Not really a big fan of baked«grilled» chicken. Their extra crispy chicken is very yummy! The double down sandwich looks like a hart attack with bacon. The employees here are always nice.
