I use the pizza tracker all the time. It’s always here when promised and delicious every time. I feel every corporate business has crappy reviews but I’ve never had a bad experience with this location. The employees are great especially Suzanne! She made my order amazing this last time. The delivery guys are always super nice too. I love how convenient the app is too. Track that zaaaaaa. Thanks dominos!!!

WORSE service ever, just ordered a BROOKLYN style pizza, I order it every week. I got the brooklyn size but the crust and bread is EXTREMELY thick. So I simply called and told them the pizza is thick crust not Brooklyn style. The kid on the phone was the cashier, pizza maker, and manager all at once and said «No sir your pizza is fine I made it right» WTH!!! REALLY I’m eating it its NOT BROOKLYN STYLE I iust wanted worker to say sorrt or I’ll fix it but he said no sir your wrong I made that pizza right. Like really

We had a pizza cravings and dominos had an awesome deal going on buy one get one free carry out only. We had to make a quick drive but it was worth it. Ordering online was easy and they have the pizza tracker to let you know when your pizza is ready. If you order for delivery it tells you when your delivery driver is enroute to your home. When we got there were greeted by 3 employees asking if we needed to order or pick up. Really friendly staff and they grabbed our pizzas right away. Pizzas were piping hot and tasted great.
Update: 10÷6÷15
We ordered for delivery this time. The delivery guy took over 25 mins to get here and the pizzas were cold. Disappointing since they usually have good service.

Good food, they get the order right every time, here on time, pizzas hot. But why do they charge for marinara sauce or ranch when you get bread sticks or cheesy bread? I spent $ 3 for two sauces. Lame.

This place always has the worst customer service. They are rude, short and have no clue how to talk to the people laying out the cash that makes up their check. Send staff to training if you cant train them yourself. Get a delivery from Palomar pizza or flippin you will be better off. I’m not sure what standards they have here for the food or service but it is definitely crap. I would hope the the franchise would expect more out of this locations owner.

I like this dominos… It’s the only one we order from but that probably has a lot more to do with the location to our house :)
The service is speedy (delivery is too!) and they haven’t messed up our order… I think maybe once they did. But I mean that’s bound to happen if you go to the same place so many times.
Delivery is great and the drivers are always super friendly!
Overall it’s not like I was 5 star blown out of the water, so hence the 4 stars. But for a chain to get 4 stars I would say is a good place to go! :)

The order process is super easy through the app. I get updates on pizza and ove never had to wait more than 35 minutes for it to be delivered. Even on superbowl Sunday, when I thought it was going to be super busy, I had 3 pizzas delivered in less than 30 minutes! Love this location!

Let me just say it is nearly impossible to order online from Dominos website. What a joke. I am out of town and trying to order food for my kids and babysitter but have now wasted over 30 minutes. For a franchise of this size on a Saturday night, come on!
So now I will call the order in and hope they get it right! We order from this delivery often and have been satisfied. especially with tyhe phone service ironically. However they regularly have some issue with forgetting to coverthe pizza with cheese of all things and it seems to be a recurring issue throughout the reviews.
Gotta love the new side Chicken with Tomato & Bacon. Its delish!

Today, I was in a bind and couldn’t leave the house but needed food before work. So I decided to order a pizza and I live very close to Domino’s off Sycamore in Vista, CA. I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. The pizza arrived in a very timely manner, but when I opened up my pie, I was shocked at what they had made for me. Apparently, that photo is what the call their quality pizza. They apparently guarantee the customer’s satisfaction, well, I am not satisfied and I doubt anyone would as well. How this made it out of the store before a quality check is beyond me. Sorry Domino’s, never again. Worst $ 15 I spent in a long while.

My regular pizza consist of extra pepperoni. However, at this location it never seems to be extra pepperoni. This has happened at the same location the previous two times and I left feedback both times and I guess this don’t care about my opinion because THIS IS NOT EXTRA PEPPERONI.

This is the 4th time my boyfriend and I have ordered here and it is so solid. Every time we order i am hesitant because it only has received 3 stars but it is consistently delicious! The crust is perfect; fluffy, soft, and crispy. The sauce is amazing, i want to get extra for cooking and dipping.
We tried the cheesy bread with spinach and feta and it was delicious i am sure we will order it again. Now, we also ordered the boneless chicken wings and i do have to say that that was a bad call. We would have been better off microwaving frozen chicken nuggets. They were so dry and hardly any meat which is why i gave 4 stars instead of 5. But we will be ordering from here again.

I feel really lucky that this Domino’s is so close to my house. Best experience with a Domino’s ever. No matter what time of day they are FAST and professional. Diana and Dawn are usually the ones delivering, they are super sweet and on time always! I usually order over the phone but the last time I used their site. You will order more if you use the site, more tempting things to buy! I love the deals they have and we order maybe a little more than we should lol

Food was ok but it arrived almost an hour after I ordered it and a half hour after the website said it would be ready. When I noticed how late it was, I checked the site and it said the delivery had been completed. Calling the store directly got me nowhere. I’m guessing the drivers have a way of signaling back to the restaurant that they have completed the delivery on time even when they haven’t. I won’t be ordering delivery from this particular store again. Too bad. I like Dominos.

I like this Dominos a lot. The store is kind of tucked away behind the Albertacos, so for years I never noticed it, and even if I had, the stigma of not so great Dominos pizza would have prevented me from eating there. I had it one day, though, and the pizza has gotten a lot better. In fact, it’s really good for a chain store pizza.
The store is really clean, the staff is really nice, and it’s convenient that it’s right off the 78. Oh, and the cheesy bread is super yummy.
