Carl’s Jr

Double western bacon cheeseburger, and a side of fried zucchini was my usual order. I wish they would make these out here. We have hardee’s, which is own by Carl’s Jr, but it’s not the same, nor is the menu. Please bring these items out here to hardee’s or just bring Carl’s jr out here. I loved these.

I have not eaten at a Carl’s Jr. in years so this was a treat. The restaurant was very clean and there was no line when I got there. I decided to order the All American Thickburger, so I told the cashier I wanted the thickburger. When I got my burger it was not what I ordered. I didn’t realize that there were multiple thickburgers and the cashier never asked me to clarify which one I wanted. So they gave me the basic one. Maybe she should have double checked before assuming? Especially since my husband and I were discussing the All American thickburger (which is a crazy burger with a hot dog and potato chips on it) really loudly right in front of her. Oh well. They made me the burger I wanted and it was delicious!

Clean your Damn bathroom and put soap in it! I had to go into the women’s restroom to wash my hands, and that was only because I felt like I needed a shower after coming out of the men’s room. No wonder you didn’t have even 1 customer!

I like Carl’s Jr and love the Famous Star and Western Cheese burger, they are my all time favorites. Today I decided to try the Jalapeño Thickburger and I wasn’t really impressed, it was ok. There wasn’t that many jalapeños in it and the bun was too soft for my likes, lesson learned, I’ll stick to my usuals from now.

The food is decent, but the staff are a little slow. I was asked SIX… yes SIX times of my order was eat in or to-​go. Each time I said «to-​go», but that didn’t stop them from putting my food on a tray and bringing it to me. Oh well, Burger King is closer.

This place is horrible I went to this location since I just moved to vista and I don’t know if any other Carl’s jr near me. I went into the drive thru the employee greeted me and said pull up to the window without taking my order which I thought was very strange so I pulled up and they tried to charge me for an order that a customer placed behind me I told the employee you never took my order she started arguing with that she never told me to pull up I kept my cool because I was literally so feed up with her disrespecting me her shift leader came to my window asked me who told you to pull up I responded idk one of you two if it wasn’t you then it was your employee. She gave me a dirty and said well do you know what you want! How am I gonna know what I want without looking at the dam menu are you stupid! I told her what kind of workers do you you have her and told her I’ll go somewhere else and left horrible experience will never go again after reading all the reviews I don’t recommend this place horrible customer service this place should hire different employees that actually know GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would rate half a star if I could!

This Carls Jr. has THE best staff. The gals are so very sweet when I order my protein style lunch and they even remember what my order is. I drove out of my way to go to this location today because they do such a good job and the place is clean. Thanks!!!

I go to this Carls Jr since I love the onion rings. Its near the house and by my work. Unfortunately, today they got my order wrong and I didn’t realize until I got home. I drove back and was upset — I told the drive thru peep that I wanted the western with no bacon, we repeated this 2x and he still gave it to me wrong. When I went back, they redid the order. Very nice of them. ^^

This is the most awful place ever! I vowed a few times to never come again, but then decided to give it a second chance. This was the final straw and I will NEVER eat at Carls Jr again.
I placed my order and they got it incorrect (no cheese), I took it back and the shift leader whispered under his breath «they never told me that» as he threw the sandwich. When I got the order correct the the sausage was so hard that it was apparent that it was re-​cooked. I asked about it and they said that’s how it is, as the cooked began saying «ahora que» meaning «now what». I almost responded to her but I thought I would keep my cool. My husband and myself left all the food on the table and left! I should have asked for my money back, but they obviously don’t know the difference between right & wrong!
One star is way to NICE!

I live in the area and have been here a few times. After each time, I tell myself that I would give them another chance. But this time was the final straw.
Always before it was something pretty minor (got the wrong drink, left out the fries, etc.) This time, I ordered the chicken strips for my wife and daughter to share. When we got home (after checking the bag to make sure everything was there before we left), my wife opened the container with the chicken and was greeted by 5 chicken pieces that were at MOST 2″ long and thin. PLUS they were burnt (like they had been sitting and they tried to ‘warm them up’).
My wife called and the shift leader answered the phone. My wife explained the situation and the shift leader said, «Oh.». Not «I’m sorry» or ‘I apologize’, just Oh. She didn’t offer any regrets or apologies at all. After a few minutes of my wife explaining what she thought of her lack of empathy, the woman said «Well, I guess I can replace them for you».
LOUSY customer service. I work in customer service and I would NEVER do that to a customer that was unhappy.
If I could give half a star I would.

Nothing much to say about this establishment. This your average, everyday run of the mill Carl’s Jr. chain. They do seem to have a limited menu. It appears that this current location does not hold all of the regular menu items that Carl’s Jr. does, such as their new breakfast biscuit line of products. The establishment is well kept, clean, nice and tidy, which obviously is a major plus for any type of eatery.
