I love all Jersey Mikes! Best Philly Cheese Steak in my opinion and some really great Italian subs.

Whatever that nasty herb mix is they put on the sandwich has to go, completely masked the flavor of the sandwich. Oh well, live and learn, will try again but without that crud, maybe it was just put on too liberally.

Last night(4 – 11) was our fourth and last time eating at this location. Previous so-so cheesesteak sandwiches and this time not only was the cheesesteak dry dry dry — not a drop of juice which is what makes the sandwich, at least at other locations, really awesome, but the original italian we ordered transformed into ham and cheese by the time it got home and was opened. Make the drive to san marcos — they’ve never made a bad sandwich for us.

I love Jersey Mikes they’re sandwiches are the best and customer service is great the only thing I don’t like is that why do they ask you for a tip when your about to pay ??? This is the first sub restaurant that I have been to that does that it just makes the customer feel uncomfortable when kinda obligated to leave a tip when you have the register guy right in front of you and I’m sure he can see on his screen if you have chosen to leave a tip … That’s the only thing I dislike about jersey mikes

Usually their sandwiches are pretty good, I like the chicken salad, NOT at all this time, it was way TOOOOOPEPPERED! And I really like pepper, But this was So bad, my husband took it back at my request, it was THATBAD! Lately their chicken sand. have been sparse with the chicken and VERY dry, this time it went back! I will see, but if it is not what it should be, they have lost me!

Upgraded to 3, maybe 3.5 stars. They got my sandwich right this time, and still had the tea dispensers out, unlike other times where they take it away way too early before closing. The person making my sandwich made sure to ask what I wanted on the sandwich and even made sure it was everything I asked for before closing the sandwich and wrapping it up. I liked that the tea dispenser was still available, sometimes I’ve seen it missing and it wasn’t even near closing time yet. This is a step up from all the previous visits, and I wouldn’t mind coming back to try some of their hot sandwiches to go with this cold weather.

I guess if you want wheat bread you have to come before 3. I always go to other locations across north county and have never heard this excuse. So if you want wheat bread either go before 3 or not at all.

There’s a reason why Jersey Mike’s doesn’t get the attention other sub places get; it doesn’t taste as great. The plus is that they slice your meats and cheese right in front of you. For instance, if you order turkey breast and provolone, they grab a big slab of turkey and start slicing it fresh for you. Same with the cheese. They don’t have an expansive sauce menu and the«mike’s way» dressing isn’t great. Overall, I enjoyed my sub but it was not memorable. The staff here was excellent. I didn’t catch his name but he was friendly and funny the whole time and I’d come back just because of him. He really gives this store a cool vibe.

Great subs. Just go light on the Mikes way. They dump way too much oil and vinegar on the subs which makes the bread super soggy fast.

The Philly Cheese was GREAT, but there’s no way in the world I can give it a 5-Star Rating. Why. THEPRICE. I bought 2 sandwiches there last night and they rang 30 bucks off my debit card. For that price, I can practically go out to any restaurant in the San Marcos Restaurant Row, pay $ 20 bucks more, and get delicious micro brews while getting waited on. This company has a serious over-price issue and I’m writing to their corporate office right now to see what they say. Will keep you updated.

First time going in, I went during the rush and it was a big mistake! There was a line and I was a little confused. But I ordered my sandwhich to go and sat to wait for it. They had an online order to make so I asked if they were making mine as well. When the guy handed me my sandwich he was kinda annoyed by my questions but when I thanked him and told him it was my first time he got really nice and gave me a cookie. Service was Soso but the sandwich was really yummy(: I’ll go back but probably not during lunch rush!

I have been to mulitpul Jersey mikes around San Diego County, and I still find this location the best! The bread is never hard/old, they make each sandwich with quality and care and they do not rush through your order like some of the other jersey mikes do. I will always be a loyal customer to this Jersey Mikes =]

Giving a big shout out to the owner & the lead sandwich maker! Me and me Familia have been coming into this location since the first week it opened. The store is always well taken care of by the crew thanks in no small part to the crew leader. Although his main prep looks like his brother I do not think they are related Keep it up fellas– BTW one major suggestion find some European Futbol from BEIN sport and mix it up for the Latino and upper middle class white folks who appreciate the beautiful game… Cheers!

Great customer service! Love their roast beef. We are regulars. Had a recent experience where the sandwich was a dud — my husband called to let the manager know and they took the effort to make it right. You won back our business — that’s smart! We will be back.

I was very excited to experience this place after hearing so many great things. I went on with a coupon for a free giant of my choice. I decided to go with the number 9. Because bacon is awesome and everything is better with it… Um well when I got home I was extremely disappointed to find out my sandwich had no bacon on it!!! And the roast beef was practically flavorless the combination of flavored in my sandwich needed the bacon. I’m not sure if they didn’t care because I came in with a coupon but isn’t that a way to get more customers… And show what you have to offer? Now if I was a paying customer I would be livid… Needless to say Big fail on your end I was not impressed… And don’t think I will be back. The only thing enjoyable was the bread so for that I gave two stars.

Hands down, the only sandwich place I would ever want to eat! This location is very close to my house and the staff here is very friendly. I like the setup of this shop and it does feel like its been long overdue for this east coast shop to have finally landed in the wonderful sunny San Diego. I always have my sandwich Mikes Way and if I had to recommend any first timer on what to get… Definitely try the California Sub!!! And get that sandwich Mikes Way:)
