This place has the worst delivery ever. Be prepared for excuses as to why they are late or why they cancel your order without telling you while you wait for your delivery. Will NEVER order from them again.

Horrible service !
I called for a delivery, was told they deliver to my area. I was them out on hold and then was told that they no longer deliver. I asked for why was there policy changed and was told they just changed it ! This place is horrible with customers that’s why now I will be taking my business to me and Ed.

This place is a rip off staff is young and in confident! If there as unprofessional as they are by phone and greeting at register I don’t even want to know how disgusting and careless they are with the food and kitchen!!! Here’s a Tip hire employees that care about your business and their job! I’m pretty sure were not the only costumer’s that are unhappy with the costumer service. Will not return!

The pizza was wayyy over priced! We spent $ 75 on their large pizza, a small pizza, and four drinks! What a waste of money! The girl working seemed very nice but the manager/​owner lady was extremely aggressive and not friendly. She knew we had never been there before and completely took advantage of us. $ 75 for two pizzas (regardless of size) and four drinks is astronomical. After spending all that on mediocre tasting pizza my daughter put quarters in their arcade and of course the machine took the money and gave no prize. When I asked the manager/​owner lady all she does is point at the hand made signed taped up stating «play at your own risk». What a joke this place is. We will never go back. This lady needs a lesson on how to run a business with tact and class.

Mountain Mike’s is ALWAYS good pizza. What sets this one apart from others, is the family atmosphere. They know who we are, after coming here only once. Since that one time, we try and come weekly based off that one experience. Great food, great staff, great spot!

Beyond delicious reasonable prices for a family been here even for the buffet and they continually bring out fresh pizzas like every 5 minutes and I’m not even exaggerating I commute 20 minutes just to come eat or pick up a pizza once or twice a week with no hesitation simply delicious and the guy in the kitchen who looks like he belongs in the show duck dynasty makes delicious pizza and offers good service I tip off my hat to you guys.

I thought this place was amazing the pepperoni was the best. I am in deeer shock that many people complain about the waiters not giving ranch. Umm excuse me but God gave us leggs to walk and use. Man people these days act like the queen of England very sensible to little shit. Stop actin lazy and enjoy the food.
A good tip, if the food don’t kill the enjoy it.

Ok so I’m pretty sad. I expected better… only one person working the front and back. But he was very nice. But man give him more help! Pizza came out faster than I Thot. I got the Everest pizza it was ok. The place was a mess and their was only 5 people total in the building but so many messy tables. the girl that brought our pizza out was rude. When I asked her for ranch she said, «you can get it at the salad bar.» Wtf??? I’ve never been told that!!! Trash cans are overflowing! Need to be emptied out! Trash on the floor!!!

The Pizza is actually pretty good but the staff and customer service is very poor. On our last previous trip we ordered pizza and a pitcher of beer, they gave us warm beer and no hot mugs as they Sid they were under staffed and he no cold ones. The place was busy and many of the tables were over flowing with left over trays and trash. The employees were complaining about employees calling and not very friendly .
On our last visit tonight our family showed up at 8:15 pm we walked up to the counter to place an order only to be told by the clerk that they were not taking any dine orders and only carry out. This upset us as we had planned on having pizza beer and family time. We should have learned from our first visit. They have lost us as future customers .

If you want a pizza with tons and tons of meat toppings this is the place that can do that for you. They have plenty of other options of course, but the meaty meaty meat meat pizza is what stood out to me. Service speed was average, pizzas were good. Nothing else really stands out.

Probably the best pizza in town. A bit on the pricey side for pizza, but if you want a great pizza, its worth it. I’ve never dined in here, and I recall there being a little bit of a wait for the pizza, but again, I think it was worth it. If it was closer to where I live, i’d be here a lot more… until then I settle for Me n Eds.

Not a big fan of this particular establishment. Have been to other Mt Mikes pizza chains, and though the pizza is good, the customer service and atmosphere is not in Visalia. I’m a little grossed out as I frequently see the high school aged teenybopper employees eating where they are making food and playing grab arse where they are making my food.
Until they get a little professionalism here, I will be avoiding this place.

I went here today to meet up with my mom and nephew to try it out. We had the lunch special which is a pretty good deal, for $ 5.99 you get all the salad and pizza you want and for a buck or so more you can get a soda with it. the pizza was fresh and had good flavor. it is probable the best pizza i have had in visalia in the last few years, every where else has been pretty weak when it comes to quality and taste
