Pizza Hut

First off our family has ordered from this location numerous times over the last several years and it seems as though they have steadily declined in both service and quality. There also seems to be a major problem when it comes to stocking their store and making sure they have enough product. I keep wondering to myself how does such a large chain not have the ingredients to make personal pan pizzas? Are there some mythical ingredients that go into personal pan pizzas that the world doesnt know about? Also, pizza sauce. Pizza sauce is a major ingredient on pizza but at this paticular Pizza Hut it seems almost non existant. Are they rationing their pizza sauce at this location as well? Who does the ordering and why is this such an issue for this location? How does a proffesional company like Pizza Hut fall short on ordering the supplies they need? One might even ask if this location is due to go out of buisness in the near future? Unfortunately im sorry to have to say but this is quite probable considering the way this location is handling their buisness. This is all very disheartning and its taken me 4 years to write this review so you can see our family has been very graceful with this paticular store. So it is with much frustration and disappointment that this is being written. We have contacted the appropriate party in order to get a refund for this last order and will not be placing any more orders afterward. We sincerely hope you consider making the much needed changes to your store for the best interest of your company. With that said we look forward to the day we can feel confidant in ordering from you again in the future.

I don’t know what happened to this company over the year’s, but the pizza sucks now! It used to be the best. Ordered here yesterday, the dough was not cooked, asked for extra cheese, didn’t get it but paid for it. Ordered pepperoni, hardly no pepperoni. And the pizza was tasteless. It was like sauce and cheese on a biscuit! Pizza Hut lost a long time consumer. Papa John sucks, but it’s better than Pizza Hut at this point!

Dem fools dun lost mah ordah n had said they lost powah. Liiiees!!! Den made me wait in the parkin lot.

Order took forever to get here. Then once we got the food it was burnt and breadsticks were cold. Would not order from them again.
