Pizza Hut

Our daughter orders from Pizza Hut about once a month as she did tonight. After a 40 minute wait, the wrong pizza was delivered. Upon calling back to request a re-​do on the pizza, she was told that we would have to wait an hour. After requesting to speak to a supervisor, she was put on hold 4 times by employees who acted like they didn’t care to rectify nor even apologize for this situation. So now, as far as we know, Pizza Hut will have 2 unhappy customers — us and whoever received our pizza. Their customer service could have tried to save our business but weren’t so inclined. Too bad for them as we’ll go elsewhere for future pizzas.

WE order take out about once every 2 weeks, love their pan pizza. This review is about a e-​mail review I filled out, got a $ 10.00 coupon, the one we go to on Indian road would not honor, ordered a pan pizza and was asked to fill out another review. I emailed pizza corp NO RESPONSE

I got the stuffed crust pizza with pineapple on a deal with the chocolate chip cookie and it was on par with Domino’s though Domino’s pizza tastes better the next day in my opinion. The delivery was fast, under 30 minutes, on a Saturday at 3pm. The price is about the same as most pizzas in the area and I all in all have no complaints. I have never been to the store though.

Thanks to the Book It program, we tend to go once a month, usually at lunch time. My 5 year old gets his personal pan pizza and my 2 year old and I have the buffet. Her buffet is free, but I’m not sure what the age limitations are for the free buffet. I assume 2 and under. All kids under the age of 10 eat free buffet on Tuesdays, one child per adult.
We also had my son’s end of season basketball party in the side room there. It was a little cramped for the parents, but the kids had a great time, and the door shut, so we didn’t have to worry about them being too loud.
Drink refills can be a little slow, but service is usually decent and the food is good. I look forward to our monthly visits. :)

The kids have been begging to go to Pizza Hut for a while now but the wife and I were resistant. I mean, there is alot of good pizza around this area why would we want to eat at a Pizza Hut? But, we went on a recent Friday night to appease the children. And, to be honest, it was a decent experience.
They had the buffet going on this evening and we decided it would be the way to go. The pizza is what it is, nothing outstanding but all you want. The selection was fairly limited but they had the standard cheese, pepperoni, supreme, and a couple of other varieties. The salad bar isn’t great but it was the basics and was stocked well. They had breadsticks, pasta, and cinnamon sticks. The cinnamon sticks were hard to come by and were gone as they brought them out. The staff could have kept a better eye on those.
The service was attentive and efficient. Our server was pretty busy but did a nice job of keeping our drinks refilled and making sure we had everything we needed. All in all, it was not my ideal way to spend a Friday evening dinner but the boys liked it and for this evening, that was all that mattered. If we are ever in the mood for PH again, we would return to this location.
