Very unfriendly staff. Nobody talks. An awkward feeling when you walk in. It’s like you didn’t even walk in. Staff sees you and acts as if you’re not there. I didn’t know I was invisible. But, it’s an office supply store. What do you expect? The guy that helped with my prints was nice in the beginning then a little rude so it was just a weird visit. I will not return.

This location isn’t ever really crowded and it’s close to my house. It’s clean and has all the usual standard things you’d need when you come to Office Max. I’ve been here a few times when I need binders or random office stuff like staplers and permanent markers. The employees are friendly but they usually only have a skeleton staff inside — which makes sense because I’ve generally only ever seen about 1 – 2 other people inside at the same time as me. Located in the Red Mill area on the side of Target this store is sandwiched between a Pizza Place and Back Bay. Now Home Goods is also nearby so it’s got a good location and has plenty of parking.

This Office Max seems to be a bit smaller than other Office Max stores. Nonetheless, it will still get the job done — school and office supplies-wise. The only reason I happened to go to this particular one was that I needed colored copies of something made, & didn’t want to use up too much(colored) printer ink at home, especially since it was back and front copies. Anyway, I called and got their Document Center email, and emailed my document to them. So when I was ready for them to print, I called while I was on the way to the post office to give them time to make my copies. I asked how soon they could be ready and the dude said, «five minutes.» I was like, wow. But let him know I wouldn’t be there for at least 30 mins(because of my post office run.) So I finally get there about 45 minutes later, thinking the copies would be ready already(because he said 5 minutes, right?) Well, I still had to wait about 15 minutes! He said his computer got tied up or something. If that didn’t happen, I would probably give a higher rating. Oh wait, it was also expensive! I was thinking I’d be saving money by doing it this way, but 15 sheets of colored copies, front and back came out to $ 10. That’s pretty expensive for 15 sheets, right. I should have just used that money towards purchasing ink!

Best and cheapest place to have print design projects for school. Always helpful and knowledgable.
