The food is pretty good. Drinks are cheap. The women’s bathrooms are gross! Neither doors lock and one of the doors is just a piece of plywood.

The food is actually good for bar food. They stray outside of the box and add a little pizazz to typical bar food. The bar tenders are amazing and service is always good. Great spot to play pool, darts or sing some karaōke. I would give it five stars but it gets quite smokey for my liking. An A for a local dive bar.

First time going tonight. Not a bad place. Food was good, esp the fries and the cheese. The one thing that sucked ass is the service. We were there for 20 mins and no one came. We had to get our own drinks. 30 mins later we had to get our own drinks again. I also see other people having to get their own drinks. I’ll go back but I think ill call ahead and order My first round. Maybe by the time we show up we will have it… oh and gotta have fries with cheese.

This is one of my favorite bars of all time. It is a dive but the bartenders are great and the owners are cool. I am glad I moved away because it was so much fun that it’s for the best I never go back.

I love this bar. It’s my favorite local joint. Great people (staff and patrons). Great prices. Great drinks!
There’s always something going on. Pool tournaments, poker tournaments. Karaōke Thursday and Saturday nights. They’ve been having live bands more frequently — sometimes acoustic, sometimes not. If you’re a football fan, this is the place you want to be on Football Sundays. There are a LOT of TVs and the food is great!
The best part? Happy hour from open until 9pm!

It’s a great locals bar… like no other. Don’t go in there expecting the same old Apple bee’s mumbo jumbo, the reef is waaay more fun with about 10 pool tables and a bunch of awesome people. I’ll warn you though, you’ll prob drink too much at these prices. There is even a room with a pool table and a separate entrance for non smokers.

Ok… DIVE BAR… Local Watering Hole, call it what you will, the staff is cool, the drinks are cheap and cold, and the food is not that bad at all… deep friend lasagna with red sauce and white sauce…
The skinny on the weekends, they do a lot of pool tournaments, so it doesn’t have a lot of excitement for me on that front… they don’t have bands, just a DJ… and on Tues and Thurs they do karaōke and it gets pretty interesting… lol…
Now, yea this all sounds too good to be true right? Yea it is… one bad thing… they allow smoking in the building… yep, that is what I said, you read me right… You can smoke! EEWWWW Right?!? So when I leave, I feel the need to shower, totally drunk or not, being a non-​smoker… other than that, totally cool place to hang out… the locals are all cool!

I would give this place five stars if smoking was not allowed inside. You cannot beat the prices in this place. The food is ok. When I come here, it’s usually for a couple of drinks though, not food. You can have a lot of fun and most of the people are regulars. Now that I have that out of the way, it is a run down watering hole… and I like that! Some people I know that hung out at R Bar now hang out here. If you just want a down to earth, run down place with good prices to come let loose, this is the place.
If you are asthmatic like me, this place is not good for your health. It is always loaded with smoke. If you don’t care or that just doesn’t bother you, this is your place.

Went here last night (Saturday) for the first time, just for a few drinks after dinner with some friends. It seemed like a cool place. The kitchen is open until close and the beer is cheap. They have Woodchuck Cider, so that’s a bonus for me. There are a lot of pool tables and I saw some dart boards, too. There was karaōke going on as well. I’m sure we’ll be back.

This is hands down the best «hole in the wall» in Virginia Beach. The staff is amazing and friendly. The drinks are excellent and priced well. They have many specials during different days of the week. They do karaōke 2 nights a week, billiards tournaments, and dart tournaments. This is the place to be for night life in Virginia Beach. Not to mention the bartenders are great to look at too… haha
