The host was kind of rude and seemed very uninterested and slightly bored with customers and hosting. It wasn’t like he was upset, just not very friendly. I was told there would be a short wait, but it was actually pretty long. Once I got back up to the desk when my buzzer went off, the host didn’t remember me and I had to remind him that I’d already put my name down.(probably 20 – 30 minutes after getting put on the list.) It took a very long time to get my food and drinks, probably because they were short staffed. But the waitress was very sweet.

Went here for lunch! My waitress had the worst attitude, she didn’t have a name tag but she had a low cut Afro and bad teeth. The service was so bad once we received our food we left 10mins later. I will NOT be returning. I could of spent my money else where!

Terrible lunch experience today! I can’t be the only one that thinks a 25 minute wait for soup and salad is ridiculous. As we arrived to this location I could see that they had spruced up the exterior and the dining room and menus have been updated too. Upon being seated we went over the menu and 5 minutes or so later our server Carla, said she’d be with us but that took another 5 minutes so we were just sitting for at least 10 minutes. Precious lunch hour time just ticking away. No big smiles or apology for the wait just«can I get your drink order and your food order if you’re ready?»… Ummm ok. Chicken enchilada soup and house salad for me and my sis ordered the quesadillas w/salad and southwest egg rolls. We waited and waited, then out comes her side salad, nothing for me. Another 5 minutes egg rolls. Another 10 minutes my order and her quesadillas. Didn’t make any sense. Then our server would just disappear for several minutes… We didn’t have time to finish our lunch and asked for to go boxes. Geesh! Who knew that would be another long wait. Good thing we could pay at the ziosk. Not a good lunch experience today and probably won’t be back there for a long while. Never did see a manager or anything walking around to make sure all was well. 40 mins and all I had time to eat was my salad and some of those hot delicious tortilla chips w/salsa that they bring to the table. Today’s lunch was a #FAIL

I came here on a Friday night. There was a lot of people already sitting down eating. I put my name on the wait list for a party of 4 and the wait was only about 10 minutes. I ordered a Long Island ice tea at the bar(top shelf) and it tasted great. The bartender was really nice and made my drink accordingly how I like it the first time. The Long Island was only about $ 7. I also ordered one of their $ 5 raspberry margaritas which was also very good. It is a chick drink and I’m sure every chick will agree that the drink taste great. The best part is the drinks were really at a reasonable price. The service was great and the waiters and waitresses were doing a really good job for such a busy night. Also for food I just ordered the bake potato. It was really rich creamy and delicious.

The family and I strolled in to use a giftcard from the holidays and this place was pretty busy. I ordered the triple dipper which allows you to pick 3 of the appetizers, I love a variety of different foods so this was the way to go. I decided to get it as my meal. Boneless buffalo wings were pretty darn tasty, my son kept taking them from me! Southwestern eggrolls were pretty good as well with all the dipping sauces. Beef sliders were also delicious. My son loved his pizza and after giving him some of my ranch he pretty much killed it. Texas fries were tad bit cold, I did mention to the lady that I wanted it to all come out together but it was cool. Molten chocolate lava cake definitely satisfied my sweet tooth but as with other restaurants such as this. It’s a microwaved piece of cake with ice cream on top, nothing too special but it was good. Overall it was ok, nothing to fancy about it and all the food is the same compared to Friday’s, Applebee’s, Ruby Tuesdays etc.

Worst restaurant experience ever at this location. My fiancé and I were sat at a small two person table with dirty tables with food next to us. There were plates piled high on this table as the staff continued walking by them without so much as to attempt to clean it up. Our waitress took our order for chips and salsa two iced teas but we get drinks with no ice in them the waitress was no where to been seen for another 15 minutes. Another waitress see’s our cups to edge of the table and brings us some new drink. A third waitress brings out food. The food was awful, the burger was dripping with so much grease it looked like it came out of a deep fryer. Finally the original waitress comes by and asked if everything is OK and I almost started to laugh in as I felt like saying are you serious? We haven’t seen you since we placed our order. Her response was that she had other tables and was busy making tableside guacamole. In other words she forgot about us. The manager then comes over and just hovers over us without even saying who she was, very unprofessional. We explained to her we did not want the food and how disappointed we were with our entire experience and lack of service. She asked if we would like the food taken away and proceeded to take the plates from the table. We then sat at the table for 10 minutes with no return from the waitress or management. At this point I had enough of waiting and we left the restaurant. We will not be returning to this establishment ever again.

My friend and I decided to switch it up tonight. We came here for their unlimited enchiladas. We got those and an appatizer; fried pickles, I love ‘em. We came on a Monday which is usually slow but they were busy. So there was a bit of a wait for our table and food. I was dissapointed that the fried pickles didn’t have a good breading, it didn’t really hold onto the tangy slices. It had good flavor though. It’s described as garlic infused and you can def. taste that. The homemade ranch on the side was pretty good. Overall I loved the flavors but the dish fell apart in terms if execution. The main attraction: the enchiladas. They were awesome. I had the option of changing them in new plates and did just that. When it comes to unlimited the first plate is always bigger. After that they bring it out two at a time until your fill point. It’s a nice clean establishment, very polite and professional. A bit of a thumbs up.

I try to not frequent chain restaurants often, but I was out voted by two hungry girls. First off, we had at least 4 different servers, when we finally received our margaritas, it was 10 – 15 min after we ordered them. We also ordered queso dip which apparently only comes in spinach and meat now. Again, we waited 15 min to get this app, and it came to us cold and congealed. After we placed our orders for dinner, we waited a good 40 min before food came out. I ordered the fish tacos, two of my friends got the chicken bowl, and another the sliders. All our food was cold, not warm, COLD. When our server asked us if everything was good, we said no our food was cold. She sent over the manager, who offered to get us a hot meal. We told her we wanted our food boxed up, because we were no longer hungry, she said no problem. When we received our box we could tell the food was hot. She gave us 50% off our meal, and we paid. Once we got home, later that evening, we had some of our food. My tacos were inedible. It tasted like the just threw more seasoning on it and refired it. The fish tasted like rubber. This is the last time I will go back to that Chili’s. The service was mediocre, and the food was horrendous. I did complain on their website, and will see how they handle it. Keep ya’ll updated.

Awesome fajitas now that they’ve gone back to the old way without the stupid«towers». Make sure you ask for lettuce tho, they don’t come with the fajitas normally. Monday night is all you can eat fajitas. If you get the two for $ 20 with chips and salsa as the appetizer! The staff is always great, prompt and ready to accommodate!

Worst Chilis experience ever. Dirty floors, tables, and walls. Disgusting food. Pasta was not fresh. Waitress was not knowledgable. Restaurant behind on corporate rewards. Very upset with my experience. Took my left overs To go which was like my «entire» meal and threw it away. Just nasty. Do not go to this establishment. Ruined our dinner.

I love chilis. The atmosphere here is awesome. I love how once you order drinks you can just keep reordering on the little iPad thing on your table and you can also pay at the table. Our servers name was Neal, he told us about 5 times. I think he was high or something. He was new and seemed to be running around like a crazy person. The nachos were really good I love how they put toppings on every single chip. It gave it a gourmet feel. I had the fajitas which were good. They only give you 3 tortillas and charge for extras. Lame… They were really skimp on the cheese, pico and sour cream for them. The menu is $ 10 – 20 $ I wish they had something for cheaper or like half order plates or something. All in all it was a pretty decent meal. Good cold beer and delicious nachos. This location is always busy so be prepared!

Disappointed! They still have a few of my faves like the margarita presidente and the boneless wings but they have taken away the potato skins and baked potatoes! What! Anti-Irish much?

Frankly, we had a very bad experience at this chilies. Typically, I am open minded about my overall restaurant experience; however, the service was insulting. Slow, bad attitude and poor awareness just begin to describe our experience. The food, that took an hour to get to us, was cold and horrible. The only respectable thing the manager did this evening, was to comp our entire meal. We may give chili’s another chance. .at a different location of course.

One of my favorites of all the chain restaurants. When I go with my mom and we’re not extremely hungry, we’ll usually just have their awesome Blackberry Tea & order/share the Triple Dipper — «Combine your 3 favorite appetizers! Served with dipping sauces. Choose from: * NEW Spiced Panko Onion Rings * Big Mouth® Bites * Boneless Buffalo Wings * Boneless Honey-Chipotle Wings * Southwestern Eggrolls * Original Chicken Crispers® * Loaded Potato Skins * Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip» — copied & pasted from their website. Yes, THREE for $ 11.49! Can’t beat that! I’ve been happy with the food and the service at both locations — the Macarthur one & Virginia Beach Blvd one. Bathrooms are clean, food and service has been consistent.(Just avoid going on a Friday or Saturday night.) Also, if you join the email club, you get an email within a day or two for free chips & a choice of salsa, Guacamole, or Chili con Queso dip! Do it! :)

It’s a chain so what can you expect. The new burgers and pickles are good. Would recommend them. If there is a seat at the bar, go say hi to Jake! Service there is better!

Always good, but never great. I have probably been to this location well over a dozen times and usually because my kids enjoy coming here. Located on VB Blvd in the Loehmann Plaza across the street from the VB Public main library. Signage is always good when it comes to chains and this is no different. Parking has always been plentiful on my visits and they also have curbside spaces where the staff can bring your food out, or walk in a side door avoiding the front entrance. No issues with debris on the walks, or parking lot. The hostess is always in place at the front door and friendly. On my most recent visit it was not busy at all and we were seated quickly and asked for a booth. I was surprised to see the new electronic check out/games on every table. I have heard about them, but yet to see them. Since the place was completely empty no issues that I saw with cleanliness. Our server was attentive to get drinks and food orders in. My kids really enjoyed the game gadget at the table and this seems like a great idea by Chili’s. The kids menu is strong with variety and menu items. My daughter got the macaroni n’ cheese and son cheeseburger and fries. I got the appetizer of Southwestern Egg rolls which is my favorite and fills me up enough as a full meal. Food was out in around 15 – 20 minutes by a runner. Food for the most part was hot, but I thought my son’s fries were cold. Refills of drinks were necessary and not complete at the time food was delivered. We had to get another waitress to ask ours to come back. This has been a theme when they are busy, but no excuse here. The kids did enjoy there food as did I. But, what I will say is it’s good, not great. Chili’s is never my first choice in dining, my kids however seem to like it enough. We don’t often dine here, but when we do there is a sense of emptiness, something missed, something that could have be improved that’s reoccurring. I’m at a 2.5, but will round up due to the self check out that worked flawlessly and the kids were quite occupied by the games.

It was good food and we had a fast service. What more can I say? The waitress made our night great, it was the friday after thanksgiving so it was busy because of the shopping people, but not crazy because most people had leftovers at home., I am assuming All of my food was cooked great and we enjoyed our seating arrangements in the booth near the right back corner of the restaurant.
