We haven’t been to a TB in years but he had a craving, it happens when you turn 60, things from the past. We were pleasantly surprised with the counter man giving us time to inhale the menu, oh, we were inside.
We ordered an array of tacos, pizzas, beans/​cheese.
We asked for no cilantro and there was only a hit of it, not bad.
Our experience here was quite good. Parking was good, ordering was very good. What’s not to like?
Well, don’t walk behind us. We consumed a lot of beans.

I don’t know why I keep doing fast food. I keep trying to give this up as part of a new healthy lifestyle. Anyways, this location has ok food; and I mean just that. It’s nice and clean looking but the food is lacking in quality. I was dissapointed with the apple empanada I ordered. I couldn’t taste any apple really, just ‘caramel.’
They also gave me a broken taco shell. I still ate it anyway, with a fork. Overall, another typical fast food run. Great if you’re on a budget.

This place has the slowest service and the rudest service I ever encountered. Would not recommend. If you want Mexican food go to chipotle.

I don’t know what’s with fast food in this area, but it’s like customer service doesn’t exist anymore. No one knows how to speak to people. I drove up to the drive through a few weeks ago, asked for a medium number 7. Cashier said «What!?» I said «A medium number 7 please» she said «we don’t have that.» I paused, then said «The number 7? Can I get that?» She responded «Do you mean a number 7?» I asked what the difference was. She said «We don’t do MEDIUM meals, just medium drinks» I thought for a second, then said «wouldn’t you just say ‘Would you like your drink medium sir?’ instead of „WE DON’T DO THAT“ like i’m some kind of idiot for making that mistake at a fast food place?» That was met with «um, what?» I ended up driving away. The level of sheer ignorance and incompetence is amazing, will never be back again.

Drive-​thru service is… lacking. And on top of that they take the time to count out the sauce packets but it never adds up to the number of tacos I ordered. 3 – 4 sauce packets after I’ve ordered like 5 – 6 tacos? Really? Apparently management thinks short-​changing their customers is better for business than quality customer service.

This Taco Bell used to be great. Now, I wouldn’t go to it if they paid. The service is ridiculous, drive thru — you won’t get what you order. Management is too busy playing outside with employees to care. Go to Fordham drive. It’s worth the trip.

It’s a Taco Bell… I love the Doritos Loco’s Tacos but you already know the menu this location is clean safe and what you would expect in a «run for the border»
the location is good but getting into the parking lot from Town center can be interesting one of those «you can get there from here» things unless you go out to independence and back into the parking lot… or just park in the 2 hour TC lot next door…

Incompetence to the max.
My wife and I order the same exact thing every time we go, and in the last month, twice, they have screwed up the order, and still charged us for the missing items.
Very disappointed. Would much rather go to the one on lynnhaven or s. independence.
Fool me once.
