204 Pizza Pasta & Subs

204 Pizza is the BOMB!!! I lived in VB from November 2011-​March of 2012 on business, and I must have eaten there 3 – 4 nights a week. The pizza, garlic knots, out of this world. I’ve eaten pizza in New York and New England, and they do it better than anything I’ve had in either. Sam, the owner, is an amazing guy who I would consider to be a friend to this day. A super genuine dude. He used to personally deliver the perfectly made pizzas to the Dolphin Inn for me and my whole team. If you stop in, ask for Sam. And hey Sam, if you’re reading this, your buddy Ryan from California misses you and your amazing Pizza man!!!

I can’t believe how disgusting the takeout food was. We ordered pasta, and really spaghetti-O’s would have tasted better.

My husband got sick after eating here recently so not sure if this place is to blame but not sure what else it would have been. The place didn’t seem too clean and I don’t like how the pizzas just sit out. We went down the street for pizza and it was much better and def. fresher. Sad to report this becuz this was my favorite place to get pizza at va beach. It just seems on slow days the pizza just sits around.:(

Once you are so into Unilocal it’s like second nature to check a business out prior to using them. However, in the case of a couple of hungry kids who just finished four hours of climbing at The Adventure Park they had there say. It would be the first pizza place we could find on the beach. Well this was it and even though the current Unilocal reviews are not horrible I would have moved on.
Service at the counter by an Indian woman was friendly. Place was clean on the interior, they have a few booths. It’s a small place. Outdoor patio has a few tables and also clean. So I was satisfied with the service and cleanliness.
We ordered garlic knots and a 14 inch peperoni pizza and a few bottles of water. All seemed completely safe and should hit the spot after missing lunch. Strangely they did not have Diet Pepsi available in their fountain machine. Prices seemed fair for the beach, around $ 25.
The weather was way too nice to not set outside. Arguments and wines began from the kids who feared flies would invade us. It took less than 10 minutes and garlic knots were in front of us, unfortunately they were rock hard. So when our waitress brought out the pizza we told her the knots were hard and asked for another basket. I thought the pizza was decent, kids did not like it. Second round of knots came out in minutes tasting better, most certainly softer, but not good enough for me to eat them. The sauce was possibly the best thing about them and that is not saying much.
Before we left a stop by the restroom to clean off our hands. Working toilet, check, working water check, supplies, check, BIG HOLE in the wall double check!
Not a place I would ever return to myself, I gave credit where credit was due which yielded at least another star for them on the cleanliness/​friendliness. So if your reading this review and I hope you are, tell your kids NO PIZZA FOR YOU! At least at this place. Or, if your desperate, be my guest and take your chances.

Good and fast pizza restaurant. The BBQ chicken was really good, maybe could have used more sauce. Friendly service and family and I would go back again

Nice location and the veggies were pretty fresh. The pizza wasn’t anything special but it met expectations for a cheap place on the strip.

Relatively bland and dry pizza, but it did the job! Delivery took twice as long as they said it would (about 50min to the country inn and suites on 18^th street). However, I do believe they delivered me a medium pizza under the delivery minimum. Delivery guy was super nice and so were the restaurant staff.

I love this place. The service is awesome and people are friendly. The pizza is amazing and always satisfying. Whether you are a local or a regular this place is a must have.
