The settings show delivery, so I called and clarified that they do not. Which I have never knew them to do so and store employee clarified that it is not true, needs to be corrected.

Clueless staff!!! I went in about a half hour early to pick up an order. Someone else was there THAT MORNING to pay for a large 2 tray order giving my name as the pick up person.
I get there, give my name and they have no orders to be picked up. They say it may be another store. I ask them if they can call the Palmdale location and guess what they say!!! «It’s not our franchise-​sorry» great service lazy employees!
I call in to make sure it’s the Hook location and I’m told yes and given a physical description of the person who personally took the order that morning.
I go back and there she is — the same one that said they had no orders. Guess what!!! She’s making sandwich trays. I asked her if those were trays for Michelle and she said YES. I said really, I was just here and you said you has no orders. I asked her how could she forget so soon. They gave me a free bowl of cookies and left a note apologizing. Young people forgetting this easily? Poooooooor customer service. The bread was dry, no real meat in the sandwiches and the could have been arranged nicer-​the ends were cut jagged.
Dry bread, little meat, sloppy trays, forgetful/​lazy employees. I will never go back!!!

I eat here almost every day since January 1 because I have a new years resolution to accomplish, and the team here is on point greeting me and remembering my usual sandwich every day. I was really impressed. It feels like a at home diner with that small town feeling u know, I just wanted to thank them for that and I appreciate how kind and talented they are;) just needed to add to this the morning management team Amanda and Melissa r the coolest people. I always come back for more

This subway is a little bigger than their sister store at Palmdale and amargosa. Staff does well I like it better. But it’s a chain store none the less
