The food is usually good here. The staff is usually friendly except once, and I think she was having a bad day. I prefer to get carry out though as their tables are wobbly so have to move table to table to find one that is the most stable of the wobbly tables. I don’t think they wipe the tops of them either, maybe they are afraid the table will fall if they do.

I just have not made one trip here without something being forgotten or messed up. I thought surely after they remodeled and re staffed it would get better. Same. It’s a place to eat, but don’t expect them to get it right. You were warned, so lose the attitude lol Food isn’t always the best either.

This is by far my favorite place to get a hamburger! I love the food. The portions are large. The food is fresh. The staff are polite. They are always willing to customize any order. I wish these restaurants where in Washington state.

Judging from the previous review I’m guessing management got the message. I truly had a five star experience at the Venus TX Whataburger. My meal came out hot, fresh and in a timely manner. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly. The dining room was very clean and up to date. Customers were asked how their meals were after they had received them. What more can you ask for from a burger joint?

While you can depend on a What-​a-​burger in a larger town, once you get into one like this perhaps you should consider that staff is as local as «VENUS TEXAS». Fries were cold, no one paid any attention to us and seemed to be making free food for their friends.
I don’t have a problem with that, I just want hot food. And they did not provide.
