I’m a person that will spend a little more when it comes to paying for quality. Carrie Bradshaw had her Manolo Blahnik’s, I have my beauty régime.
My skin is fair and has always been on the oily side, to find products that won’t trigger an outbreak of acne throughout my t-​zone is difficult, so as an adult I’ve been very cautious of what I put on my skin.
For the last few years I’ve felt my skin was in need of a refresher, it wasn’t until my hair stylist Stevee mentioned Susie and how absolutely talented she is, that I knew I was ready to take the chance.

I scheduled a cucumber facial which said it was good for acne, but once Susie & I met and she was able to hear my concerns and see my complexion, she was able to make suggestions based off my coloring and pore size.
Right away she told me I had a lot of collagen left in my skin and for any forty-​something, you know how great it is to hear that. She suggested a light microdermabrasion to remove the dead skin, as well as a lip scrub (because yes we accrue dead skin there too!) and then a seaweed facial that would soothe and hydrate my skin without over moisturizing.
She talked me through every step she did and explained what each product was.
I’ve had facials in the past but this was more than just a pampering day at the spa, this was a highly trained and skilled professional giving your skin new life.
