I love everybody at this spa. You walk in and see miss Valerie’s smiling face. In the very few minutes you have to wait you are greeted by every other smiling face in there. Sherri does my nails. Azure does my toes and miss jeane does my hair. These ladies and the rest of the staff are the best. I won’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend to anyone that truly wants to be pampered to try Venice Day Spa.

Scheduling here is horrible. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago. They scheduled my appointment on the wrong month! Also, they don’t offer the service I made the appointment for! I found out when I came in for my appointment… Not cool. I only came here because I was given a gift card (which they won’t refund). I ended up having to reschedule a few weeks later. I got the champagne pedicure, which was amazing, but I don’t think I will be a return customer. I’m giving them 3 stars because I like the pedicure and the lady at the front desk was so nice.
