A good place! The service is always friendly and they meet my mark for good pizza. Pizza is a go-to for when I don’t want to cook and I always appreciate fresh ingredients.

Fresh ingredients and friendly service. The place is clean and nice for a quick pizza lunch. We had a salad that was full of fresh greens and tasty bacon. We would definitely come here again.

I have very specific reasons for why I love this place. NEVER have I received bad service. I have gone in completely confused as to what I wanted, with chatty and jumping kids, with a «this is the worst day ever» disposition and I have always been treated with kindness. They have helped me decide what I want, they have complimented my own creations, they have made me feel important. My kids can be kids here. They aren’t told to quiet down, we aren’t asked to move outside. We are all treated with dignity. The man and wife who own this place keep it CLEAN. I have no fears about setting my purse on the ground. I don’t get scared of letting my child go to the bathroom alone. This place is heaven. The pizza is GREAT. I love thin crust, I love the brick oven. The whole pie has different levels of flavor that I enjoy. Even when they are busy they are turning out the same amazing pizzas, there is never a dip in quality. Please go here and enjoy it. They are one of the few buisnesses on the island that deserve your money. The people here work hard, and I love them for it.

Saucy Sisters is my «go to» for lunch on Vashon. The food is served fast and piping hot, straight out the oven. The pizza is really good, and the cost for a personal sized pizza is ~$ 10, which is plenty of food to fill you up. As far as Pizza goes on Vashon, this is the spot.

One of the many places we visited this summer and sorry this review is late. Cute and cheery pizza place that makes orders as you like. I added several items on my pizza and the husband got the island delight. They hand make your pizza and pop it into a hot oven and it is done in minutes. Nothing fancy like what you get in New York, but a decent pizza that fills you up. I like the fact you can build your own and not get charged a lot. Plus the owner supports the local kids by fund raising. Very nice folks. We took the rest and ate it on the ferry

I think the Saucy Sisters is a legitimately good brick oven pizza joint coupled with friendly service and a clean, comfortable restaurant. It does need to be noted that it has more of a fast food vibe than a sit down restaurant, so I might not make it a romantic date night stop, but it easily sits the whole family, kids included. And let me say that the food is definitely not junk food, even if it does satisfy the craving. The restaurant can get HOT(thanks to the brick oven burning merrily away), however there is an outdoor eating space for fair weather days. The menu is small but with build your own pizza options, also limitless. They also have monthly specialty pizzas for some truly palatable however unique options. It’s the newest of all the pizza joints on island, and the only one with a specific theme and mission. It’s also incredibly well located on the main drag in the center of town.

We had went to this place last year so I was eager to visit again… as soon as I got off the ferry, I stopped in… the owner waited on me and made the order to suit my needs… I can only eat soft food due to throat issue due to radiation. He made the crust vey soft and cooked the top a little more. I got the small size and the pizza was overflowing with topping. Perfectly cooked and I really enjoyed it. I am happy he took my concerns and made the pizza so it was edible for me to eat. Super nice guy and the place was very clean. Watched a sport game without the volume being too loud. Took lots of the pizza home and highly recommend this place. Will be coming back again next year… love this! Spices were just right and topping were fresh.

Not so good. We were here for an event and they made a bunch of pizzas and some salads. The flavors just were not very good. Pretty weak selection of beer too.

Quick update morning later. Yes I did get digestive sickness from dinner last night. I’d be careful here!!! Revised post to 1 star…:( Not sure about 5 stars. Must have had a different experience than mine. I live on Vashon, went here 3rd time tonight since they opened. Can’t give more than 2 stars. Sauce is like something from a can from a discount food chain. Really cheap tasting. Not enough cheese and what was there seems very processed. Crust is oven baked, but not cooked all the way through. Too bad as the brick oven idea is great. I would be closer to 1 star but try to support on island businesses. I’m surprised this place is still open after 2 years. They’ve got to improve the product. Service is good, 3 – 4 stars. My stomach isn’t feeling great tonight.

I was craving a good slice of pizza and saw this place and decided; let me try it out. With the Name Saucy Sisters; I assumed it was going to be phenomenal pizza. I ordered«Cheesy Bread Sticks» and a Pepperoni, Mushroom, Olive and Garlic pizza. Being a brick oven place I thought it would be really really good. They are quick with making everything but the pizza and breadsticks were flavorless. First, the«Cheesy Bread Sticks» were in no way cheesy and lacked any flavor. The marinara sauce on the side and the fact that I paid for it were the only reason I finished it.(and the marinara was not good either.) It seemed to be a very flavorless parmesan cheese. They need to either get better quality Parmesan Cheese or different cheese.(I recommend Costcos Cheese garlic butter.) I like how they used the big Pepperoni slices and fresh garlic. I assumed having garlic would add a good flavor to the pizza, since garlic is strong. But the pizza lacked in flavor completely! The only good thing was the big slices of Pepperoni. I’m not sure what they did to the garlic but it was bland. Also, even though the pizza’s are made in 90 seconds, they come out soft.(Pizza should be browned all around but especially on the bottom. When you hold it, it shouldn’t droop.) When I was in culinary school Chef always said«When making food with fresh ingredients, always make sure they stand out on their own. Adding the right amount could be the difference between overpowering or under seasoning». Personally, I think they should use a mortar and pestal. Add garlic with salt and mash it together. Make it as a garlic paste. I’ve done that to many pizza’s I’ve made and it always comes out amazing, full of flavor. They have fast service and friendly people; but need to work on the flavor of their food. I wouldn’t go out of my way for their pizza. It’s good if you dont like much flavor or just want a quick thing to hold you over till you get something better. Wouldn’t recommend to foodies or pizza lovers.

Great service and great food. The pizza was some of the best I’ve had in the North West. The price was great and I love getting a good deal! Also, the drink machine had so many choices, well over 100! And root beer floats too! A must try if you make it out to the island!

Good crust, but sometimes tastes like chemicals. On a late night home from the city, we called ahead and they were nice enough to stay open later so we could pick up our pizza. After picking up the pizza and taking two bites, I had to get a second opinion, because the bottom of the crust tasted like chemicals. We called in an explained the problem. The young man on the phone was very apologetic and said they’d had the problem before(something to do with hand sanitizer and being too close to the dough). The next day, we went back for a free pizza. The lady on staff was completely unapologetic, denied any allegations of previous chemical taste complaints, and gave us a free pizza of the same cost. From my experience, you have a 50⁄50 chance of getting a chemical-tasting pizza and a mediocre pizza.

Very friendly service. Good value with decent affordable food. The wings disappointed(fatty, uninspired sauces), but the sister-size pizza was fine.

Alas, I’m downgrading my review to 3 stars. It’s happened one too many times that there is way too much cornmeal burned into the bottom of the crust, and the ingredient portions have gotten so skimpy as to be laughable(especially given how thin the crust is, not to mention the thin layer of cheese). Sigh. The staff is still as lovely and friendly as always. The space is clean and well cared for. There’s always a good game playing on the giant TV. And they’ve definitely got the best outdoor patio of any eatery on the Highway. I just don’t know how often we’ll be visiting given the reduction in quality. Hoping this is just a temporary hiccup in their get-along.

For a while, I was thinking of writing a «decent» review for this place, but after having ordered it one more time, just to make sure, I gotta give them what they deserve. This isn’t pizza. What you get is half-cooked ingredients on half-baked dough that tastes like a wet shoe lace. Thanks, but no thanks.

We visited Vashon Island late July and visited Saucy Sisters. We really enjoyed it ! They did confuse our Canadian Bacon & Pineapple for a Pepperoni & Pineapple but they quickly remade it and gave us the«mistake» pizza for free. Nice owners. We would return.

Not bad for what it is. I took my girl on a date here before seeing the local Annie Jr. show — knowing it would be quick… it was– and cheap, and not bad. Super friendly owners, and a nice place for family. Wasn’t too impressed with the salad though.

The service is fast and the staff is extremely nice. The pizza cooks 90 seconds. It’s great for a quick bite to eat.

This is my go to restaurant when I am hungry and have hungry kids. «Dad… I’m hungry,» said my daughter. «Me too,» said my son. I do not have the energy to make dinner… «Who wants Saucy Sister’s?» «Me,» they both say excitedly. 2 small pizzas and a cold beer later… satisfaction! I paid a little over $ 20 and fed 3 of us. Works every time. ;) Oh. I forgot to mention the staff. Every time they have been great. They always have smiles and look clean and professional. I have been eating here since day 1. Yes, on day 1 the pizza didn’t come close to comparing with the pizzas that they make today. I’m glad that I didn’t let that one pizza be the deciding factor. These guys are great. And no… I don’t know any of the employees or the owners there.

Ugh. I’ve heard from several folks over the last days and weeks that I was foolish to have entered and ordered pizza from Saucy Sisters. This is not a fun Unilocal action, right? Writing the review that tells people — beware! Or, don’t do it! But you should know. I was made sick. It was a pretty mild food poisoning but it was still food poisoning. And so was my coworker. And, when I called them to let them know that what I’d had the day previous had made me I’ll, their response was to blame everything else I may have eaten. I wouldn’t have just assumed it was their pizza — I mean, the dude had a point when he said the choices on my pizza were low risk(all veggie). But I couldn’t ignore that I wasn’t the only one or that about 5 hours after having eaten the SS pizza, I was sweating and holed up near a toilet. Ta. Da.
