When the Shoe Fits

Let’s face it. You hear the phrase, «Comfortable shoes» and your eyes glaze over. Not at this store. When the Shoe Fits has the most incredible selection of cute and comfortable shoes. I really didn’t believe the cute sandals I bought were going to feel like a million bucks, but after a day of walking in New York, I felt ready to go dancing that night! YAY! Teachers, friends, nurses, hair stylists, if you work on your feet all day, this is your place ! Goodbye ugly shoes! Hello, When the Shoe Fits!

I went in hoping for a solution for nerve pain in my ankle, and the help and service I received from the gentleman salesperson (sorry I didn’t get his name!) were stellar and far surpassed my expectations. He saw right away what my issue was, informed me about what was going on and how to fix it, and found shoes that have given me immediate relief. Thank you!

Mark was well informed, personable and most helpful. If I lived closer this would be my go to shoe store & shoe guy.

Sarah was AWESOME! Best customer service anywhere, anytime, for anything! In spite of not being a kids shoe store, she worked with my big footed son and got something «not boring» that is perfect for this kid! Sized he feet in a manner not even other «real» shoe stores have done before, and as a result, it’s hard to get these new shoes off his feet! He LOVES them because they’re not only cool, the fit so darn well!
Found out Sarah usually works up in the Salmon Creek store, so I’ll just call ahead to make sure where she’s going to be next time any of my family needs shoes!
Also, the shoes my son ended up with were on sale for a WONDERFUL price. My wife looked them up online when we got home — couldn’t find a lower price at ANY of those usual low price online stores, not even for the regular/​non-​sale price!
They’ve NAILED service AND price, and my money’s not going off to some far remote corporate headquarters!!!
