Over the past month i have stopped in here for their lunch buffet probably 5 times. It must be standard practice for them not to restock anything other than pizza. The pizza and buffet taste alright but they run out of product quickly and restock it very slowly. When I asked the bartender if they were going to restock the soup she was very rude and didn’t give me an answer. I will return for pizza but i can’t recommend the lunch buffet.

Every time I’ve been here the drinks have been weak and the pizza undercooked. Never plan on returning.

I think long and hard before I write a bad review, especially given I am in the service industry myself. The service here is always lacking and flippant. I am willing to overlook a lot, and consider myself pretty understanding, but a 20 minute wait for water was too much. I’ve been here before and enjoyed the food, this time we left and likely won’t be back. A busy diner would be understandable with this wait, but a corporate chain should simply staff better, or at least have staff acknowledge their guests with a «be right with you,» in my opinion.

Good pizza, reasonable price, never bad service. Typically come in late about once a month, not a bad experience yet. Recommended!

We love coming here as a family! We always love when AJ is our server. He always recommends the best pizzas and is super fun! If you’re looking for a great pizza place, this is it! Try the Garlic Mozz Bread, you won’t be disappointed!

I love hanging out at this place during happy hour. I love the décor & their«house brand» beer is really good. Plenty of choices for food beyond pizza — but the pizza is great. Gets busy though. It’s always our«go-to» after we come off the river in the summer. Our boats fit in the parking areas.

AJ is da bomb. Food is great. Music is rocking. Mango ice tea is sweet like I like it. I want to try a lava lamp someday.

AJ was super helpful and welcoming from the second I walked in the door. This is my first time here and I will definitely come back for more service like this! All of his suggestions were on fleek! He made my night

Had good times here Although they just fucked my whole pizza charged me for ricotta only put on half and then burnt the shit out of my pizza that I didn’t even want to eat it. I live 20 mins away not going to drive 40 mins to put in a complaint so hopefully they see this

I’ve been to this location a handful of times for everything from drinks to apps to full on ‘za. If you’ve ever been to Disney world and have rode Rock n’ Roller coaster this would be the restaurant they should set up at the exit-décor was«rock n roll» spot on, but not cheesy(for lack of a better pun). We ordered Mozz bread, a garlic butter dressed flat bread topped with mozzarella-it was the perfect starter( Unilocal friends: check in and get a complimentary order!) I ordered the Mediterranean salad(comes in a half and full order) and after my long morning run I definitely opted for the full-the chicken was fresh and tasty, the mushrooms were plump, the olives gave it a nice acidic touch, but the artichokes stole the show. Side note, I may be biased because I’m a freak about artichokes. I will ABSOLUTELY return for this salad. We also got a personalized pizza(the smallest comes with 6 slices)-if you’re starving there’s no need to share, but if you’re «kinda» hungry you can get by as long as you order a salad or another side. Service was good, refilled our drinks without asking and was polite. Bathrooms were clean but smelled like cherry cough syrup…(?)

We have been here quite a few times. We unfortunately have had a bad experience every time. It was so bad one time the GM sent us gifts certificates to us in the mail to make up for the bad experience. We gave it another try and yep again the staff was rude, slow and never even checked on us once except to drop off our order. We gave this place many try’s and we love the atmosphere and décor, but 6 times of poor service is enough. We won’t be back Rock !! 2 stars only for décor

I found this restaurant to be as over-rated as it is over-priced. Cool for a one-time visit, but not somewhere I’d choose to spend my hard earned money on a regular occasion.

Oh my goodness. You want pizza? This is the place! I came in after spending a frustrating couple of hours in afternoon traffic, starving hungry, and got the most delightful server by the name of Kelly. She took care of me, better than I take care of myself! I had the California Dreamin’ pizza with a side house sald — the pizza was absolutely delicious; here’s the description from their menu: «A Cream sauce pizza topped with Chicken, fresh Pesto, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Pine Nuts, Garlic and Mozzarella. Winter, Summer it doesn’t matter.» It truly is a party in your mouth. The side salad was large, made with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onions, and Parmesan cheese, all tossed with their house-made herb vinaigrette dressing. Their menu includes, yes, pizza, as well as burgers, sandwiches, fish and chips, and mac ‘n cheese. There’s bound to be something that calls your name. Give them a try — ask for Kelly: D

Not Rockin’ Tonight! We’ve eaten at this chain in 3 cities, and at this location more than once. Normally we love coming here, but something was off this time. Day and time: Sunday, 4 pm People in our party: 3 adults Estimated occupancy: 5−10% Our service tonight was very slow and inaccurate. Minus one star. The food was not executed well. Minus one star. The attitude/morale of the employees was poor/low, even when they were trying to appease us for their errors. Minus one star.

Nice selection of beer and well crafted pizza. A bit on the spendy side, though, all things considered. For the money, you are better off at the Blind Onion.

Pizza, Beer & Rock’n’Roll. Who wouldn’t like a place that looks like, and feels like you stepped inside of Disney’s Rock’n’Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith? Allie, who normally is the bartender is seriously the happiest person that I have ever met in my life. By far, out of every restaurant that I have visited is the best server. She is personal, attentive and FAST. Even when swamped she is joyful. Because of this reason we almost always eat in the bar, at the bar. A Medium founders pie, an hot wings with two hard ciders(or in hubbys case whatever they have on draft or a Stella) is the perfect meal for two with left overs! Drinks are cheap on happy hour(and normally) and the wide array of pizzas, apps and drinks makes each visit a completely new experience(if you want it). Great place to socialize, eat, laugh and drink. Will be back.

The Rock Wood Fired Kitchen — Vancouver, WA — This might be one of my newest favorite places to go, and I super wish we had one back home! Everything here was really awesome! Let me start off by saying the staff was great! The hostess was very pleasant, and seated us promptly. The bar waitress was very friendly as well, and she kept on filling our drinks when they got low. That right there is top notch service, and something I tip well on because i’m a thirsty individual and I don’t like waiting on refills! The overal atmosphere is great too! It’s very much themed, and all of the little details make this a great spot. There are trivia games on each table in the bar area, and those were fun to play while we waited on our grub! We ordered the brown sugar cheesy bread, which was quite delectable! Seriously, it tastes so good! Sounds odd, tastes great. I ordered a pizza, which was one of the best I have ever had. I loved the little touches on the menu, the pizzas had song names, which was a cute touch. My husband had the meatball mac and cheese, and he really liked that too. We were here at about 1 – 2 in the afternoon. We didn’t wait on much of anything, they were pretty speedy. Our waitress stepped out on a break and another became our cashier. It looked like the team was great! If we were from around here, we would come back ALLTHETIME! I wish we could come back, but good news is the portions are generous(and the price is cheap!), so we have leftovers tonight!

It’s pretty awesome here… The food is great and the food is excellent. They offer a gluten free menu as well. The atmosphere is a little loud but that’s kind of to be expected at a rock n roll themed place. The prices are a little high, though the drink specials(bucket, lava lamp) are pretty neat. It’s a great place to take out of towners for a fun novelty experience.
