Not coupon friendly here. I have had more then 1 bad experience. The manager & some of the employees are super rude. I’ll go to another Store to use my coupons & money.

I had to switch to a new pharmacy. The assistants working the counter have dreadful customer service skills. I was talked down to one to many times. How dare anyone make a derogatory comment about my health insurance company. Especially some kid that looks like she is 12. The assistants seem to have forgotten that they need customers. Being rude and insensitive is one of the quickest ways to run them off. There are several other options close by to get prescriptions filled. I do think it is insensitive to look at someone who is clearly sick or in pain and happily chirp out Have A Great Day. In My opinion, Take Care or Feel Better would be much more appropriate. I left and this is my only glance back.

I’m shocked. Shocked, I say. My wife had a prescription that sat on their shelf for awhile. We assumed the robo-calls were in regard to my prescription and ignored them. At some point, my wife got a call from a real live human asking about the prescription and ‘how ya doin’ in general. I thought stuff like that only happened on the Andy Griffith Show. Other than that, it’s a typical Walgreen’s. You are better off picking your meds up later in the day. There are a lot of geezers in Hazel Dell and they have all the time in the world to pepper the pharmacist with questions about meds they have already been taking for 7 years. They have a house beer that is really cheap but I’m too gutless to try. I’m sure it makes a fine semi-organic slug killer. Every 9 seconds or so, someone in this store tells me to «be well.» They seem sincere but some of these young people have an over-developed sence of irony, IMO. Be well. Good. Whatever…
