First time visit. last time visit. 3 hours left with no glasses. My doc was too much in a hurry and acted like my eye disease was not really a big deal. I will never return

The place looks impressive at first glance. We walked in without an appointment just to get the feel of it since it is listed as a «Premier» provider by my new insurance, VSP. Nice selection of frames. No staff members approached us. After 10 minutes of browsing, I intercepted Anna and asked if there were certain doctors available at this location. She said she didn’t know and I would have to ask someone at the front desk. She walked away. I would have appreciated more guidance. While we continued to browse, a patient who had broken his only glasses and was obviously very upset was brushed off by the woman at the optical lab window. It was clear the man cannot function without his glasses and was not getting any assistance. Vancouver Eye Care lost several hundreds of $$$$ of potential business today.
