The Fantastic Floor

My wife and I were doing research for some hardwood floors for our home. After much research in person, through contractors, and online, we stumbled upon Fantastic Floors.
We called and spoke to Nathalie who IMMEDIATELY dropped everything she was doing and took care of us. She made my wife and I feel like we were her main priority.
When we went to the showroom in person to look at the samples, Nathalie answered every one of our questions and even gave us answers to some questions we didn’t think to ask.
We moved forward with our order and ended up getting the best deal on the hardwood floor of our dreams. From ordering, to delivery, to installation, to maintenance, Nathalie and the amazing folks at The Fantastic Floor are the VERY BEST. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great flooring and tremendous customer service.

I am utterly SHOCKED that this company doesn’t have a thousand 5 star reviews! Maybe it’s because everyone is busy enjoying their «fantastic floors.» :P
I recently purchased engineered hardwood floors from Nathalie at Fantastic Floor and HANDS DOWN, this has been the best experience in my remodeling process. Service and pricing are unbeatable. Nathalie was extremely patient with us, amidst our OCD-​ness. Every question we had was answered immediately (even when she was on vacation) and thoroughly. I swear, her emails were like dissertations… including references and articles. This is someone that has infinite knowledge of the industry and products; I’m sure she has a PhD in floor-​ology. ;)
My wife and I were having a difficult time deciding what floors to go with. Through the whole process, Nathalie was very willing to help, even offering to mail us samples for ANYTHING we wanted to see, at no cost. We explained our idea of our ideal flooring and immediately, she sent us a whole slew of suggestions that exactly fit our criteria. We ended up going with one of her top suggestions, Johnson’s English Maple Pub Moonshine. We shopped around (online/​locally) and got multiple quotes. Nathalie had no problem matching the lowest price and had it shipped to our garage within a few days. Even when I had to order a few more boxes last minute, because our contractor’s miscalculation, she honored the same price/​sf. and waived the minimum pull fee and ate the fee from the manufacturer for a small order. (Common fee’s with any flooring retailer when ordering small amounts).
Our flooring is almost finished and looks beautiful. We got exactly what we wanted, with incredible customer service/​support, at an awesome price. We’re so happy with our experience that we’ve already recommended them to a few neighbors and friends.

Really «fantastic!» She has been so responsive via email and phone and has tried hard to help me locate the perfect flooring for my new bathroom. The prices are very competitive too!
