Yuri made my sandwich, was extremely rude rushing me to go as fast as possible. Zero customer service, burnt my bread. Do not recommend.

Apparently, not all Subways are created equal. Curse of the franchise, I guess. For some reason, a foot-long veggie and small drink set me back 10 bucks. There was no mistake on their part. That is just the base price the Big Boss decided to charge for the same sammy I could get for 2 bucks cheaper anywhere else. The sammy was fine. The service was fine(since when did Subway start hiring little, teeny 8 year olds?). Yes, they charge you too much. Move on to the next one. Having said that, if I see you berating one of those poor children about prices, I will pinch your lips shut. Hugs not thugs, okay?

The manager is very rude. The staff made a price error and tried to charge me almost double the actual cost. The manager then tried arguing with me and so I walked out. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Quiznos or something

Fast, friendly service. Sandwich built right with no slop. When I went to pay the cashier told me my meal was taken care of due to a previous customer leaving a gift card! How cool is that?

I visited this subway and was considering calories for one of their sandwiches. I know for a fact Subway carries the calorie counts, so I was asking where the chart was. The lady told me it might be in the brochure display or around the restaurant. Who does that? Employees should know where things are within the restaurant they work in. Isn’t that part of training? At any rate, I looked, mentioned that I couldn’t find it and she proceeded to tell me it’s «on the glass» in front of me in a smug way. I mentioned that I saw the chart when I first came in, but that it didn’t show the sandwich I was looking for listed. She told me to check again sarcastically, the left me to go do something in the back. I turned around and left. I can’t remember the time I’ve been treated in such a poor way at a Subway EVER. I love that chain and will visit others, but this one’s out. I think she needs to re-evaluate her position and what the chain was paying her to do.
