Friendly, fast and fresh, and I still enjoyed my sandwich, but, almost every table had crumbs and the carpet was rife with droppings of all sorts. Not sure what’s going on with Panera but I’ve lost faith. I even saw a patron pick up trash from near the front door while a Panera team member lounged and watched with feet up on the corner furniture.

So the kids love to go here but for the third time in a row that they were out of at least 3 of the items we wanted. This is becoming the normal. We have to ask what they have rather than what’s on the menu. So disappointed!

This is our favorite Panera to go to! It is always clean, the staff is always super friendly, and the food always tastes delicious. We love Panera for our lunch dates but at some of them the food just doesn’t taste as good compared to this location, which is what always brings us back. Great quality every time, great experience, so much memories!

I frequent this location at least weekly — sometimes a couple times a week. Pros: Yummy food Healthy options Rewards program Clean Cons: The line is usually out the door during lunch rush For the amount it costs, I shouldn’t have to bus my own table Needs more seating Wifi sucks

We used to come here a lot. It’s good food, but a little expensive to come here Daily. Service is not always the best and wait can be long

I love Panera bread. But I’ll try to stay out of this one. Very slow lines because the lady at the register has to go take a drink And when I was ordering she told me to hurry up because there is a line.(Witch I just came up to register. Was her first words to me) rude rude rude!!!

I frequent all their locations but first time here. Interior a little too small and cramped for me. Also the parking was minimal. Food is good like every location.

Believe it or not, this was my first visit to any Panera Bread establishment! For convenience, I stopped at this location(164th Ave). Nice and friendly staff. I ordered two half sandwich paninis to go. The steak & white cheddar Panini was good… BUT my Turkey & Caramelized Kale Panini was not that great – the reason being, in the sandwich there were chunks of the BOTTOM of the HARD Kale ends… The thick, hard end pieces that you normally throw away! I just thought I’d let Panera know about this and to let their cooks/assemblers NOT to put the bad stuff in their sandwiches! Otherwise my sandwich was very tasty! :)

The order was taken wrong. The order: my fave the roasted turkey, apple & cheddar. I took a bite. Lol. There wasn’t any turkey in it! Really? When it was remade it was all slaw and small pieces of turkey. This location needs training badly!

The food is good but their service model is terrible. The people who are taking orders leave the registers as soon as they take your order to go prepare the food. This leads to empty registers with nobody taking new orders and lines of people backed up to the door. It’s especially aggravating when after standing in line for 15 minutes you are told that breakfast is now over and you will have to order from a different menu. A far more efficient system would be to have one dedicated person taking orders and other people fulfilling the orders. I don’t understand why they can’t work this out.

I’d like to say they were on the ball… But that would not be an honest review. I asked for a sandwich and cup of soup. They decided that meant some pick 2 thing they have. When I realized the mistake on my receipt I went and asked to have it corrected… Yes, I was charged for the difference. They cancelled my first order and put in another order. Everything seemed ok. My buzzer went off and then I was told it wasn’t ready that was just cancelling my first order, wait until it goes off again… It never went off again. Went up and my food was just sitting on the counter. Checked it since my coworkers order didn’t get no onion. And… Yes, my no tomato sandwich had tomato. As they remade the sandwich I was asked how my meal was. I said I hadn’t received it yet. The other workers told her the modifications weren’t put in right on the second order and I informed her I had requested no tomato. Insert awkward snide look at me from the supervisor lady. Really? I still had my original receipt saying no tomato. Don’t look at me like I’m the one who is working at a place that stated«accuracy matters» on the receipt. But I guess the customer is in charge of placing the orders in the computer. And maybe I should have clarified that what I asked for was what I wanted. And at this price… I shouldn’t have to clear my own table. End rant

Although they have great choices on food… it’s a nut house. People from our California office were in town so we wanted to grab lunch locally. When we walked up the line was kind of long but not terrible. Ordered and waited about 15 minutes for food — also not that big of a deal. When my buzzer went off I dropped it in the basket and looked for my salad. No salad to be found, I asked the gal where my order was and she asked me for my pager which I told her was in the basket. She frantically told me to watch for my name. 5 min later my plate shows up(some one took it, put it back and that’s when I saw it). Got the ladies attention and almost rolled her eyes when I told her I would like it remade since someone touched it. Not a happy camper about the service and how much of a cluster the lunch team looked. I get that it’s lunch rush but there is no reason for you to loose your cool!

No time for the detes but trust me, this is a good lunch place. FAST, friendly and fine food. Go often to get rewards too!

Big problem with consistency here. Counter Staff was friendly, kitchen staff, not so much. Prices are high for a basic sandwich, mostly I just find their food bland. They need to season things like tomatoes and avacodo. Last sandwich I had there the bread was stale. Since it was to go, not much I could do about it. Since the sandwich was made at 10:30 in the morning, the kitchen staff obviously realized the bread was stale and choose to use it anyway. I won’t rush to return.

I want to give this location 5 stars, badly. But I just can’t. The Bad: The reason for low rating is that my wife and I have eaten here many times since we moved here a year and a half ago. It feels like a 50⁄50 chance every time we go that they will have all the ingredients it takes to make the sandwiches we order. My favorite is «we ran out of that bread». Panera Bread, ran out of bread… If it’s not the bread, it’s the turkey. When it’s not the turkey it’s the avocado. What’s worse is when they don’t tell the cashiers these things, so you don’t find out until one of the line workers is half way done making the sandwich, so you have to come up with an alternative on the fly(this can be quite frustrating when there are 10 other people waiting for their lunches/dinner right next to you). I completely attribute all of these bad things to the management. I feel like the employees try their best with what they have, and are repeatedly set up to fail by management. The worst part is, its 5 pm most of the time when we run in to these situation. Talk about revenue loss. Management needs to get their act together, because even though the food is GREAT when it’s all«there», there are only so many times one can be annoyed by something before avoiding it all together. It’s been a year and a half(that we know of) this has been going on, you should have been able to figure it out by now. Seriously, us as consumers know very well we can make our own sandwiches for a fraction of the cost of Panera’s. We go to Panera’s for the quality, and experience. The GOOD: When they have what you want, it’s 5 stars good It’s always clean Staff is friendly

My rating is not based on food but service. Their service is extremely slow. I have waited for over 10 – 15 minutes for a simple ½ salad in more than 3 occasions. When I think of going to Panera to grab a quick lunch, this is not the location I would go to.

One of my favorite places to have lunch with my daughter, but I’d like to add a little tip to Panera workers: it’s great you guys wipe the tables down, keep things clean and all, but if much appreciate it if you could dry the tables right after as well. It wasn’t pleasant for me to sit down at a soaking wet table lol other than that you are all doing a great job, thank you :)

This place is great… when they aren’t out of anything and everything. We frequent this place quite often and more often than not they are out of bread or meat but still ring you up for those items only to tell you after the fact that they are out, creating even more problems. If you are out of the advertised meals… take down the signs in front of the registers and quite letting people order it. It’s common business procedure. Communication between the registers and make line is terrible. And whoever does their ordering should be able to predict these trends by now. It happens too much.
