I was referred by a friend to see Dale. I was going to wait for the home and garden show to see if I could get a good deal, but Dale worked with me to get a fantastic deal on my new tub. I have been completely satisfied with my purchase. He made the process easy and with little to no hassle. I purchased the Rhythm model and I love it!

Beware of this place. They promise you a wonderful product with a relaxing experience. Then they have a rude and offensive 3rd party company deliver a sub par product and give you a difficult time when you ask for assistance in getting issues resolved. Steven, the general manager, does not stand behind his product only his team despite how wrong they are. Heather is incompetent and unapologetic. She made several errors and did not own up to any of them. Also worked with Jamie, Mark, and Terry.
