Great pizza! Staff is nice. Make sure you order by phone. Wait time is a little slow. Prices are a little spendy. Pizza is great!

This is my favorite New York style pizza in Vancouver. They have slices and a salad bar at lunch. Their pasta and gyros look really good but save room for cannoli’s. There are a couple tv’s and a few draft beers to round out a nice casual pizza night.

This pizza was amazing! Great crust. I had my half extra cheese, fresh tomato, fresh mushrooms and black olives. Del’s half was Canadian bacon and pineapple. We often buy pizza and then throw away some after a couple of days. Ate half for lunch other half for dinner! It was amazing. Kinda pricy $ 25.00 for large pizza. But I can spend that on Pizza Hut and not want to eat it after the first few pieces. Owner on site. He was very nice and friendly.

If I’m gonna cheat on my diet, it’s gonna be here. Very good real-deal New York pizza(thin crust, awesome sauce that is not too sweet). Huge, greasy slices. Yasssssss! The salad bar looks good. I’m aware they have pasta, sandwiches, gyros, chicken wings, but have not tried yet. Try the lunch special $ 5.50: for two cheese slices and a drink. Otherwise, excellent prices. Big screen ESPN so you never miss a Sports Center or game. Nice people. The owners are from NYC and we are lucky they have brought their delicious pizza to the Couve. Strip mall location with limited ambience, but the food more than makes up for that. Also, I just noticed they have gluten free crust available and also take-and-bake available.

Hands down, my favorite pizza place. This is real-deal NYC style pizza, folks! We usually get the cheese or if we’re feeling fancy we get meatball or pepperoni. Consistent service and always delicious, decent price for the quality, considering there are many mediocre pizza joints in the PDX area that charge almost $ 30 for a pie.

The Best Pizza in Vancouver and Portland hands down! The food is hot and delicious and the people are friendly along with good menu prices. I love eating here with friends and family a few times a month. The food and company never get old here! If you’re in the mood for some authentic New York Style Pizza and other dishes then this is the place to come eat because you won’t regret it!

One word… gyro. Filled with multiple layers of goodness. Always fresh cut veggies. Even though I generally avoid raw onions like the plague, on this gyro, they blend/meld in like a sweetness that I never had in the«raw» onion. The meat is, what is a better word for tasty, always perfectly seasoned and generously layered. The Tzatziki Sauce is just a messy, creamy complement to this masterpiece of a meal. It somehow feels like a guilty pleasure, even though it could actually be a reasonably healthy item. Sadly, I use coupons. That makes me come back again and again. But, if and when the coupons cease, I will still make the journey to have these jewels of addiction.

I’ve eaten here a handful of times in the past and had pizza each time, and while I’ve never been to New York to experience what this place claims to emulate, from my memory it wasn’t anything to write home about. For this trip, I called in an order for pick-up a little after 8:00PM on a Saturday night, they quoted me about 20 minutes and when I got there in about 25, it took them about another minute or two for everything to be packed and ready. I had ordered the baked ziti with sausage, garlic knots(it came with two, I didn’t order extra) and a greek side salad with Italian dressing. The menu has fantastic variety for such a small pizza place, including tandoori chicken pizza, pizza by the slice, pastas, salads, and gyro. When I went in to pick up my order close to 9:00PM, the place was devoid of customers. My food was still hot when I got home(it was just in a pie tin with a cardboard/foil cover over it), but no utensils or napkins were packed. The garlic knots were delicious as was the greek salad, but the ziti… I don’t know. I was expecting the sauce to have more depth to the flavor, but it was just kinda bland. The sausage chunks were about the same, like it just didn’t have a lot of seasoning.

Best ny style pizza I’ve found in the portland area. Probably won’t find better. It was pretty thin and crispy. The dough was salted properly and not too airy or dense. The cheese was of good quality. The sauce was flavorful and just the right amount was applied. These people know what they’re doing. Besides the lunch specials, which seem like a pretty good deal, it is overpriced for pizza, $ 18 for an 18 inch cheese! Since really good ny pizza is hard to find in this area, i guess i’ll have to bite the bullet.

Well, I have to say, the aroma just walking in was magnificent. A scent of Italian food really was terrific. Today I opted for the Bacon Lettuce and Tomato sandwich. It was served on a homemade bread and tasted great. The bacon was just right with crisp lettuce and fresh tomato It was absolutely delicious. On a prior visit I had their pizza and it was the best I have had. This establishment is truly a good food location. Very reasonable prices. My sandwich was just $ 6.00 including sales tax and I had chips. I heartily recommend NYCPIZZERIA for all the food and the pizza.

I heard good things about this place so I went in and tried there food today for lunch with two friends. We split a large pizza(reasonably priced) and it was Indian style, while I’ve never been a big fan or Indian cuisine this was amazing. The crust was the best I’ve ever had, doesn’t fold, nice crunch, thin, tasty. Great amount of toppings and came out super hot to us. The man who served us, I think the owner, sparked up conversation and showed he cared about us and the food he makes. 10⁄10. Would recommend.

NYC Pizzeria– Vancouver, WA. — Oh this place was so good! We drove over here on a whim for some good pizza, and this place did not disappoint at all. It was a bit of a drive from our hotel, but the other reviews made it sound pretty good, so we gave it a go, and I’m really glad we did. It was a bit of a hole in the wall, I’m not familiar with the area, so I can’t say that for sure, but it seemed like it. The cashier at the counter was friendly and helpful. We ordered it to go, but we waited in the restaurant. The smells are great, everything looked really good, but we just opted for the Aldo. It was a meat lovers sort of pizza, and we loved every bite. All the ingredients tasted super fresh. I have never been to New York, but my husband lived there for the better part of his life, and he said that this is pretty darn authentic to classic pizza tastes from his hometown. So if thats what you are looking for, then this place should be a huge plus for you! There was plenty of parking when we came late at night, and there was only a handful of other patrons in there, and they cooked it in about twenty minutes, so if you’re in a hurry, this place is better than your run of the mill Dominos. The price was great as well. We only paid twenty bucks and it fed us for two meals. We would totally come back if we were local!

NYC is THEBESTPIZZAHANDSDOWNINTHECOUV! I’m not sure about the bad reviews as the owner and staff have ALWAYS been friendly and super accommodating. Just want chicken parm and not a sandwich? Ask for it. Their cannoli is the best as well, so save room!

Its Ok. Their recent menu change has brought down their offerings. Their anti pasta salad for instance has become lettuce, black olives, tomatoes cubes and red onions. Hardly what I know as antipastsa salad. Pizza was greesy, pepperoni gave me heart burn. And the owner doesn’t seem to have patience for non regulars. How do you become a regular if you don’t feel like your patronage isn’t valued. Thats my last visit. The excuse for everything seems to be they’re really busy. They weren’t so busy far as I could tell.

Tried a pizza from here, half punjabi special and half NYC w/pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. Oh good gracious, the punjabi had flavor that was to die for. Tandoori chicken, fresh chunks of ginger and garlic, and a handful of cilantro on top. Yum. Great service and good gyros too.

First the bad. 1. Parking nearby is very lacking but with so many businesses nearby it’s not surprising. 2. Sales tax. Lol. Now the good. 1. Smells are incredible when you walk in or drive by. 2. Very nice staff. I was the head of a decent line and the cashier never rushed me and helped me with my first order. 3. Very clean establishment. 4. Local hangout vibe. When you are here your a friend not just someone eating. 5. Pricing is decent and offerings vast. Everything from pasta, sandwiches, pizza, slices, salads, and more. I wi be back for pizza next time.

Having been here a few times its obvious I like this place. The owner is friendly and welcoming when he greets you at the counter. Ironically I have yet to have pizza. I lived in a Greek neighborhood in Chicago that had real gyros. This place is just like home. Hands down the best gyros!

N.Y.C. Pizzeria sells pizzas that don’t quite live up to the New York-style signage, but the Punjabi Special Pizza is especially memorable with Tandoori Chicken, Ginger, Onions, Hot Peppers, Garlic, and Cilantro. It’s an imaginative Indian take on an Italian classic. The other half of my medium pizza($ 16) was a NYC pizza with Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, and Mushrooms. The traditional tastes of meat and mushrooms piled high on the pizza were satisfying; however, the crust needs to be much thinner to be a true New Yorker. The décor is simple with a couple TVs playing sports. The beer selection was also simple, but a Ninkasi IPA was all I needed as a pizza partner. N.Y.C. Pizzeria is the type of place you come to eat when you’re hungry and don’t mind eating pizza on paper plates.
