Papa John’s Pizza

This location doesn’t honor many promo codes such as the 50% off your order after a Mariner’s Double play. I only use pizza chains for deals, so when they don’t have them (their specials are also atrocious compared to neighboring locations), there’s no point in going to them.
Make the drive to another location, it’ll save you in the end.

Pizza was pretty bad. I prefer better tasting pizza.

Ordered delivery on a Saturday night and got it within 25 minutes. The food was hot and delicious like papa j’s usually is but what stood out was the amazing service. The delivery driver was very respectful, kind, and all around a very sweet person.

We come here at least 3 times a month, everything is good about this place!
Customer service is always good (well, except for the older man, sometimes he’s not in a good mood) but everyone else is very nice. The offers they send via email or text are always great, great prices, plus you get a free pizza for every 25 points. Pizza is good, and the kids love it!

This review is not so much regarding this location as the hole franchise. The communication between corporate and local is bad. I received a «free» pizza at a recent Winterhawks game, but was unable to redeem it online. I called the local store and was told that the online code was not honored. WTH?!

I am rating this location a 1 star rating because on New Years day we placed an order for two pizzas for delivery and had horrible customer service. We placed our order, gave them our address and the order was good to go. 20 minutes after we placed our order they called us and said they couldn’t deliver to our address. We live close! Instead of having good customer service or even telling us we can pick up, they cancelled our order and told us to call 4^th plain.
An hour and a half later we received our pizza. We’re located in the middle of both locations. What a horrible experience. We move their pizza, and usually pick up. But we had guests at our house for the Rose Bowl and didn’t want to drive and pick up.
Don’t count on their delivery service.

I do not reccommended this place to anyone that lives west of Super-​Walmart on Mill Plain Blvd. Apparently they do not deliver on that side of the free-​way even though its less than 2 miles away… As this the first experience of mine with this particular Papa John’s, I will not go there from here on. It seems ridiculous to me that 1.7 miles for a delivery order cannot be done. I was utterly disappointed because Papa John’s is (was) my favorite pizza place for delivery.
