Mortgage Express

I received a loan to buy a house from Mortgage Express a couple of months ago. Allan Mohr, a long time employee and very experienced real estate loan officer was instrumental in making sure the deal went through. He did a lot of extra work to help me get a house after making offers on several Houses that did not pass inspection. In addition to being very experienced (at least 20 years in the real estate lending business), Allan is extremely efficient, patient, resourceful and insightful. He checks every detail, shows up when the agent doesn’t, and never forgets his client’s interests. I have purchased several homes over the years and worked with many loan officers. Allan is the best, never blinks, always answers his phone and makes sure he addresses every hurdle his clients experience during the loan process. I never write enthusiastic reviews, but in this case, a sterling review is appropriate. Note: He is very efficient, and his hand holding does not include a lot of comforting, so don’t expect sympathy, but do expect action that gets things done..

I don’t have enough good things to say about Dan Marston from Mortgage Express. He helped us with our original home purchase which went very smoothly. 3 years later we planned to shop around to refinance. After speaking with Dan on the phone, I instantly knew that the kind and honest way that he interacts with me was worth not shopping around. We’re almost through the refinance process and I have never once felt stressed about it. Thank you so much Dan!

This is an office of seasoned loan officers. I think each of them has been in the business for a minimum of 15 years, so they have about 75+ years of experience to lean on. This means that when something new comes up (as is often the case with the Fed lately), if one doesn’t have the answer, the other one does. I’m partial to Jennifer Barton, but they are all great loan officers.
Jennifer negotiated my initial mortgage and then later a refinance. She’s always got her client’s best interest in mind and will go the extra mile to get a deal closed. Her reputation amongst local realtors is the same which speaks volumes.
Laurie specializes in reverse mortgages which is so important when it comes to our elderly loved ones. She’s so patient and caring with them.
I wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone to this office. They’re seasoned and very professional.
