DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! This company will not explain their practices to you enough for you to understand how they are trying to overcharge you. They will not explain how much they are charging you for, above and beyond insurance costs. Check with your insurance how much they are allowed to bill you, then check with how much they will be «upcharging» you on ALL items. They seem to not want to be upfront with this information (probably because you’ll walk away after you learn you are paying nearly double). Technically this practice is illegal in most of the medical world to balance bill on services, but they get away with it here some how. Find out the manufacturer of your product and order it directly from the manufacturer on line. They may tell you you may not be able to it, but do not trust this statement. Charging you an over 66% markup on an item just because they can find somewhere to deliver it to them is not worth the price. Also, they will not answer phone calls during the day and only call you back when it is convenient for them. They don’t even seem to know how to correctly apply or put on the products they are selling you. And nothing seems to be in stock. It has to be ordered. If something is not right, they will not refund your money, they will only exchange things for another product (which also may not be correct). Again, this is not how manufacturers will treat you. They also ignored the prescription written by my doctor. I chose a different product other than what my doctor prescribed (something actually less effective), and they let me get that instead. This not what my doctor ordered and not what they should have given me. Not exactly what you want when you’re trusting them to actually do what your doctor (who has a degree and a lot of education) has asked them to do. Save yourself the time, money and effort and do not engage in business with this company.
