1 STAR for getting food, another star because i love Burger King.
Went to this BK a week ago with my dad and ordered a Veggie burger with cheese, I was charged for the cheese which is fine, but had no cheese in my actual burger.
Came back to order through drive-​thru for lunch on a Saturday. Ordered 2 double Whoppers one with bacon and 1 regular whopper. Received my order and got 3 single whopper, one with cheese and none with bacon, got charged for the double patties and bacon, but didn’t even have any of it on my actual order. I understand it could may be a lot of order, but quality should be priority, there was no line and the when we got our other I asked for salt and pepper and the lady seemed pretty annoyed so I skipped asking for ketchup. But service was horrible. She also gave me 4 cherry coke, but I ordered 3 and one with Ice tea, so I ended up having to give her back 1 drink to correct the order. If I’m paying it’s fair that I should get the orders that I paid for specially if I’m getting charged extras like the cheese, bacon and choosing medium.
