BUYER BEWARE! Be sure to read the VERY small print on the back of your receipt. Turns out you have only 14 days to return an unused, unopened item for a refund to your original form of payment, and 30 days for a store credit. They clerks don’t tell you this when you make a purchase, and there is no information at the cash register to this effect. In this day and age, it’s a real negative.

I LOVE this store! I needed a laptop battery in a hurry! Blake tested the battery — tested the charger and helped me find exactly what I needed! I was so impressed with the level of customer service and helpfulness — I’m sending my whole office over there whenever we need batteries for our computers — or any other kind of battery!
