Domino’s Pizza

Ordered delivery tonight and received my food in decent time but the pizza and chicken were completely cold to barely room temperature. I had to put them both in the oven to even be able to eat them. The chicken wings were very bland. I am without question disappointed with my purchase and will likely not go back.

Whenever I go there the service is horrible, one time I was the only one there and it took 2 hours for a small cheese pizza with Canadian bacon. They got the order wrong, they gave me a meat lover pizza.

The staff here sucks. I have ordered twice here and each time they have acted like they were doing me a favor. (for doing their job!) very rude.

I ordered from this location 7÷18÷15 and ended up having a problem with the manager named Amy, during her rudeness she states that she’s successful and that she runs a multimillion dollar company I then said yeah dominos she then replays she has her own company but guess what she works at dominos now is that interesting? I will never ever do business with this establishment due to her arrogance and rudeness, not once did I disrespect her are was rude to her, the two other employees that helped me were kind and professional when I said to her that I’ll just deal with the gentleman who was helping me she says she his boss and that she is not leaving and that I can leave I then said to her I’m not leaving until I get my food she then says I can give you a refund and then you can leave, now I understand why they have 2.5 stars.

We recieved our pizza fairly quick however the order was not complete. We paid for 3 garlic sauces and never recieved them. When asking the driver where our sauce were she said she would bring them back… it’s been over an hour and we recieved nothing. When I called the store they said «Yea that’s our bad.» Why to provide great service people.

We’ve ordered from this location often over the past 3 years we’ve lived in the area. We primarily order for delivery, and our order has always come quickly, and accurately. Not sure what to say about some of the other ridiculous reviews about this store, but we’ve always had a good experience.

Fast food and low IQ go hand in hand. Luckily fast food companies are dying slowly and locally source community beneficial restaurants are winning. Chemical based meats with GMO produce sucks!

Caitlin was the rudest driver I have ever encountered. Our pizza was quoted a 20 – 30 minute delivery time and it showed up 45 – 50 min after we ordered. The pizza was slightly warm as it had come out of the oven over 20 minutes prior. When Caitlin asked how I was doing I told her I was unhappy with how long it took to get our dinner. She immediately made excuses as to the being busy. I pointed out that their website quoted us and she said that because we ordered online the quote was not accurate, that corporate is not in sync with their store. Spoke with the manager Shelly before the pizza came telling her that it was late and that the last time this happened it was cold, how we are repeat customers, and that we expected something to be done. She could only say «alright,» no apologies, and she did nothing for us. Did not receive an apology from Caitlin either, only a list of excuses with a bad attitude. I have never told another person that they have a bad attitude, especially not in the food industry as I worked in it for 7 years, but I actually informed this girl that I did not appreciate her attitude. She left without giving our receipt. A simple apology would have prevented this review. Do not order from this store, they need to learn that bad service is not how you operate a business.

I’ve never been a fan of Domino’s. They have in the past couple of years really changed things and it’s much better until now… They have a pizza that is as good as any sit down pizza place, the hand made pan pizza. This is one of the best take pizzas I’ve ever had. The crust is amazing. I usually order the sliced sausage and salami. They’ve been consistently delicious. Right now it’s on special for $ 7.99. You’d be hard to find another pizza that good at twice the price.

We got delivery on a Friday night and the driver was quick, kind and funny. The pizza on the other hand was extremely bland. I ordered the new sausage and pepper trio. Unless pushed into it I wont be ordering Domino’s again.

Phone call from Dominos to tell me they don’t have one of the ingredients (sausage) for the pizza 12:15
The person then tells me I’m «lucky» that they’ll deliver my order as they won’t normally deliver an order under a certain amount. Their website allowed it through, so they said they would honor it.
When I received my pizza (just before 1:00) I noticed that it was amazingly small and the crust was super thin. If I looked a slice of this pizza sideways, it almost disappeared on me. This could be the style though. It was one of their newer artisan pizzas. The toppings were sparse as well. All in all, I guess this is what I should expect for ordering from Dominos.
Edit: It turns out they also double charged me for this order.
