This company came out to our home in the middle of June and were friendly and seemed to have an idea of what was wrong with my A/​C unit. Told me they were going to order parts, I paid my $ 100 deductible to them to go through my warranty company and I never heard from them again. I’ve left them 3 voicemails with no response… It is now 100 degrees, over 2 months later and I’m out money.

Tony was absolutely fantastic, and had our A/​C issue fixed within 20 minutes of his arrival. The first company our home warranty assigned us to never showed up, never called back, so when we called the home warranty again, they assigned us to Air Doctor. I spoke with Tony, he said he could come by right then if we’d like. From now on we will insist that our home warranty company contacts Air Doctor first for any future heating & cooling issues. I highly recommend them.

Of course our air conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year. So we called a number of companies for a service call. Each one said the earliest appointment was four days out. When I called AIRDoctor I was very happy when they said, yes we can come out today. When I told them what was wrong Tony (wonderful guy) said he could swing by right after his current call in 40 min!
I am so very pleased with their prompt service and professionalism.
I would recommend them to all of my friends.

He just saved us about $ 1800 dollars. Honest, high-​quality and respectful. Another guy wanted to completely redo our unit and The Air Doctor (s) found out it was just one part that needed to be changed. We’ve gone to this guy to help us with our HVAC and haven’t been disappointed. His prices seem reasonable and the only reason I gave him 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can be challenging getting ahold of him.
