I had these guys come and install our ac and they are simply amazing. Very thorough and still quick. And super friendly. I called 4 other HVAC companies and got the run around from them until I was referred to Independent. They have a customer for life now.

I had Gary out to do a basic cleaning service on my A/​C unit. I work a lot of hours and he was able to work with my schedule on a time to come out. Once there, he was quick and efficient, and very personable. I was extremely happy with his work and his prices. I would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone.

first off, this review is way overdue. either way, it’s still pertinent! i called these guys because the ductwork on the house i had just bought was JACKED, and the furnace needed help too (on more than one occasion). their bid was one of the best and they were willing (and able to fit!) to do the work in a ridiculously tight crawlspace, after we chose to keep it under the house. they were patient in explaining to me my options and the pros and cons of each choice i had. not only did they get the job done, but they came out multiple times in a pinch when the furnace needed immediate attention over the last couple of years. i would recommend them in a heartbeat.
