Ordered 100 wings online for a 3:00PM pickup for Superbowl. Arrived at 2:45 to find a 100′ line of people who had also prepaid online waiting to pick up their orders. I finally get to the front of the line at 3:30 and am told that they are just finishing up the 2:00 orders and it’ll be at least another 45 minutes before they’re ready for pickup. I cancel the order and head home to a full house of people and NOWINGS and I missed the first 20 minutes of the game. To add insult to injury, they charged my credit card $ 102. When I called the manager today I was told that they can’t put the money back on my card and that I’ll have to drive to them and ask for a refund. I understand that Superbowl Sunday is their biggest day of the year but that is all the more reason they should have been better disorganized. This was a very frustrating experience and I don’t think I’ll be buying anything from Wingstop again any time soon!

I have been here a couple of times, and while this location is convenient I do not think the customer service is that good. I have called ahead to make an order and it takes just as long as if I had ordered in the store. It’s cool that they have cajin fries as an option instead of the regular fries. My sister came here a few weeks ago and was informed they were out of classic wings. that’s half the menu! Really? Hahaha. I recently went(last night) and they had messed up on order 2 times. They handed me an ordered and then immediately switched it realizing it was wrong. I sat down, opened it and it was wrong. At this point, the worker was standing with the correct order. Luvkily, we had not touched it, but we were looking at the boneless wings wondering where our classic wings were. The food is good, but I don’t know if I’d sacrifice taste for customer service.

Usually a decent location to go to, however tonight i was so disappointed in my meal in it’s entirety. I placed an order online for 8:00pm, popped in the store around 8:05, waited for the girl at the register to finish up her previous online orders, no big whoop, it’s usually busy on Saturdays. So after paying, I excitedly drove home, eager to tear my meal apart. The fries were so bland, cold, and just all around gross. My blue cheese was warm. The wings were hands down, the worst I’ve ever tasted. The whole meal tasted like it was sitting there for days. Wingstop is my go to spot at least 2 times a month, i realize that with different locations and different employees, the wings will vary slightly but this was enough to boycott this location and not crave wingstop for a good while.

It’s not the best Wingstop location but it gets the job done. Last time I went there we got the Hawaiian BBQ, and the Habanero spicy boneless wings… Wow they were good. Fries are on point too. I guess I’m just saying Wingstop has some good food haha. The location is good. Their service could be a little better, also they didn’t have napkins or straws… C’mon guys… If they get there sh** together this could be a good wing stop location. Right now. Room for improvement.

The whole experience was awful. first, I sat on hold on the phone for 10 minutes and after I had placed an order for 3 orders of wings(while being placed on hold yet again in the middle of ordering), the employee then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t place my order unless I paid over the phone(when I had previously mentioned I was paying cash.). THEN, after hanging up with no order placed, I made the mistake of going into the location. I was the 8th person in line and it took over 15 minutes to even place my order. when I get up to the counter I finally place my order and get my drinks, there turns out to be no ice in the machine. So after 30 minutes of waiting for my food I drive home anxious to eat only to find that even though I paid for boneLESS wings, I received boneIN wings with soggy, undercooked French fries. I understand that it may have been busy but this was completely unacceptable. never will I go to this location again. love the company but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I can see why this wing stop doesn’t have great reviews. I ordered online and when I walked in a few minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, they didn’t have my order at all. Extra star for the girl who helped me because she was nice and made sure my food came out quickly… 15 minutes later, but nonetheless she was nice.

Food is always great but online & customer service SUCKS!!! Do not even think about ordering online because they don’t even pay attention to the print out until you come asking for your order and when calling the line is always busy. I’m not saying avoid this spot but definitely WALK-IN to place your order: /

I just watched you misplace a woman and her two children’s orders and made them wait for 30 minutes. Unbelievable. A complete failure of service. And another guy ordered 30minutes ahead and had to wait another 20 when he showed up. I have never seen such terrible service in a professional establishment. Shameful. Will never go here again. Reconsider management or do something. Wow.

My hickory smocked bbq wing online order came with nearly no bbq sauce(usually there is more than enough sauce on the wings). Also, we ordered 3 ranches, however, they included only 1 in the stapled bag that was picked up. Needless to say, I didn’t eat those dry, sauceless wings. So much for craving bbq wings…

Really Sarah? These are fresh? These burnt old rolls? Please. I’ll bring these rolls back to you and I want my fresh ones. I don’t mind the wait time when I come here or anything else, but I expect to get fresh food when I order.

Alright. Here it is. I really think 3 stars is a little generous. But I’m generous so I don’t mind. + 1 star for my order being ready and correct. I didn’t have an issue with having to wait and getting my order correct. I did call it in ahead of time. I did get placed on around a 5 minute hold. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt as it was a Saturday, it was the Rousey vs. Holm fight, and it was probably after Rousey got KO’d after 7 minutes so people needed wings again since it all ended in the blink of an eye. Hahahahahaha. + 1 star for the fries. They were on point. Some Wingstop locations don’t have the art of the fries down. + 1 for… Um I don’t know. Remember, I’m generous. 0 stars for the lemon pepper wings. Why were they so salty? I have never been to a Wingstop that made the lemon pepper wings like that. I had to tone it down with the ranch because I was not driving all the way back to return the food. 0 stars for the Louisiana rub. Okay it wasn’t as bad as the lemon pepper with the saltiness, but it was still more salty than usual. I didn’t understand that. At all. Who knows. All I know is that I’m going to email Wingstop to have them get the location together. And also to give me a coupon to get wings at another location. Cause my dinner was two thirds of a mess.(2 out of 3 of the items were a mess). I’m going to try a different location next time.

I looove chicken wings! My sister and I devoured the 30 pcs deal which came with 30 pcs wings(3 different flavors), 1 large fries, and 1 order of veggies. Fries were salty with a subtle sweetness… it was so weird but couldn’t stop eating. Love the wings but it didn’t stay warm. Felt warm when taking the wings home but it was luke warm at best when it entered my mouth. Loved the flavors 1. Hawaiian 2. Parmesean 3. Bbq. Yummy wings. Probably will come back for more!
