WARNING! NEVER GO HERE UNESS YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES DESTROYED! On my second visit to this cleaners they destroyed a brand new $ 300 Sky Dress that had only been worn once and had never been cleaned and a $ 200 Bebe dress. They burned many of our clothes, completely taking the sheen off the garments and changing the color and ruined the beading and completely demolished these dresses and blamed the fabric of the dresses, (cotton), for the reason they were demolished. They took zero responsibility for their actions and would not replace the items they ruined. WORST BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Quick service! I like this place because it is biking distance from my house and the girls behind the counter are very sweet. They’re also super chill about letting me pay ahead of time and not come back for weeks and then when I do come back, not having my receipt with me. But they just look up your phone number and have your clothes right there ready to give you (even when you’ve delayed picking it up for forever… like I always do.)
I’ve never had any clothes come back with problems and I’ve had them clean pure silk as well as wool garments so far.

BEWARE OF SEPULVEDA CLEANERS
I took a leather Raider coat to them on 11÷25÷14. They told me that it would cost only $ 6.11 to get it clean. I told them that sounded awfully low for cleaning a leather coat. The young lady told me that it was the correct price and to pick it up the next week. I came back the following week only to be told that it was a leather coat and it would cost more. I told the same young lady that I had told her so and was told that it would cost $ 30.00 I agreed and was told to come back in 10 days. I returned and was told that they did not have the coat and did not know where it was. I came back a few weeks later after the holidays and was told that they did not have the coat. Then I got quite angry and demanded to talk with the owner. I finally got hold of her and was told that my coat would be cleaned and back the following week. I returned and was given my uncleaned coat back. The lady behind the counter was quite unhelpful mainly because i think she was just ignorant as to how to run a business. It is now February 12 and i still need to have my coat cleaned. BEWARE of SEPULVEDA CLEANERS near by the corner of Sepulveda and Vanowen as they do not run an honest business.
