Verizon Wireless – Wireless Plus

Went into this store to transfer an upgrade and get a new phone. Esteban, was incredibly helpful because he immediately identified issues with my plan and helped me update the plan and worked an iPhone 6s in there. He was so courteous and approachable. I went a year ago to this store with some tech problems and the store manager, Mr. Julio Morales, was so nice and helpful. I had purchased 2 water proof cases and only utilized one, while the other on was intact in its original packaging. I called Verizon and asked if I could return it and apply the credit towards my bill and the rep advised me to go to the nearest store for immediate service. As I walked in Mr. Morales greeted me, entered my name in their data base and told me there was going to be a slight waiting period. Then he welcomed me back! The fact that he remembered me, was amazing! Fifteen minutes later, I was helped by
Mr. Edwin Can. As he was sweet as can be, he advised me that since it was outside their 14 day return policy, he wouldn’t be able to help me, when his manager, Mr. Victor Carrasco approached us, asking if there was anything he could do for me. I explained my issue and he said: no problem, we can apply the credit to your account. Mr. Can along with Mr. Carrasco worked together to find the original receipt in the system and applied the credit to my account. All three gentlemen were so nice, respectful and super amazing! I have never received such great customer service from a Verizon Retail Store!
For those of you that had bad experiences at this location, you clearly have not been helped by these gentlemen!

I went to the store after work assuming they would not have what I needed in stock and would have to order the phone. It is close by and the parking s great. The store was beautiful and there were places to sit if you needed to wait. They not only were kind and professional, but they had an I Phone 6 in stock and took care of all my needs in one visit. Jose Martinez is a great guy and he took the time to transfer all of my information from my old phone to the new one! Promote him soon because he handles customers extremely well, was very helpful and I will refer business to his store since I know a lot of people who work in the area. Thanks Jose!

Don’t let any of the bad reviews scare you away. The people here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Most of the time people are just angry and they like to take out their frustrations on the employees that work at the store when all they’re doing is their jobs. Then go on Unilocal and write a negative review when they are the ones being unreasonable or ignorant. I’ve never had an issue every time I go here. They do their best to help you with whatever problem you have and if they can’t solve it they’ll provide you with the info you need to solve your problem. Some of these reviews seem to be from several months ago and it looks like the people they where talking about are no longer here. The staff that they have working at this store seems to be different from the previously mentioned one. They’re extremely polite and helpful and they get you in and out fast. Highly recommended!

This retailer, among other verizon wireless premium retailers, has questionable practices. Twice I walked in in they could not give me a receipt for my purchases. Merchandise is often shoddy and when trying to return, exchange, etc. the customer often has no leverage because there is no record of sale. Also the customer service is just ok… Not very informed. It is hard to understand why these retailers are consistently badly managed and a little shady. Better to just stick to the corporate stores. The Premium Retailers are a waste of time and not worth the effort…

This is the store I go to all the time for my payments and whenever I’ve needed to upgrade my service. They always find a way to save me money and bundle up deals for me. I was able to get a free tablet last week just for activating a mobile data device which I thought was sweet because I got more than I expected! The small hispanic girl with glasses is the nicest and so where her fellow coworkers. Very friendly staff with plenty of deals, love it :)

One of the worst stores in the valley. The people are rude, not very knowledgeable about the products, and the store doesn’t have enough products nor do they have the ability to help with certain things that other stores can. This is annoying when you are in a bind due to product failure. I have literally walked out of this store without being helped. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Worst customer service experience ever. DO NOT GO HERE. There were two girls, a Hispanic and Asian working in the store when me and my boyfriend went in to try and use an offer that he legitimately had from Verizon. The Hispanic girl was semi helpful. The other was NOT AT ALL. She cussed at my boyfriend and told him, «Fuck you, get out of my store.» Who does that? I was silent the whole time and when I walked back in to try to cool things out she told me the same thing, and said I was being rude! I was simply trying to diffuse the situation. Apparently that chick has had run ins with a lot of people according to the security guard. What a hot mess. If that’s the way you treat customers, no wonder the store is empty all the time. The security guard told us that the girl had run ins on a weekly basis with customers. A WEEKLY BASIS. Wow. I will not be spending my money here, that’s for sure. Trashy and lazy… I guess that’s why she works at a dead end job like this one.
