Okay bear with me. So I went to the other Chipotle in Panorama City up the street — got food poisoning from my to-go order and made a formal complaint. Like 3 days of food poisoning. The girl gave me my to-go order that was made far too early(ordered online for pick-up an hour later), and the food was spoiled. So they send me to 2 free meal cards to try to win my love of Chipotle back. We take the 2 cards, and of course I cannot step foot into the one that gave me food poisoning so we come here to try to fall back in love. The employees were SO nice and courteous. I order with my fiancé, and we get some chips. Unlike the other Chipotle, these were not stale! I’m happy already. Food was fresh, meat wasn’t overcooked, and portions were just right. We needed lemons, and they now put them in individual containers. Even happier and cleaner. Then I somehow forget sour cream! So I ask for a side from a young lady cleaning tables, they bring it over no questions asked. I am back in love with Chipotle! And this will be my go-to location as I live in the area and am new to LA. :)

So I wanted two steak tacos and one of them tofu ones. Just to try. Totaling 3 whole tacos. She misunderstands me and puts two tofu things. I say«I’m sorry, we misunderstood each other, I wanted two steak and one tofu thing» She says«Sorry, I already put two tofu things» So I say«So take one off» She doesn’t understand. «I already put two tofu things on.» To her, it is impossible to undo this perilous mistake. We must continue forward. «No.» I say, steady in the face of our overwhelming obstacle. «We can do this. Together!» She is flabbergasted. Unable to comprehend. «But sir! The tofu thing! It’s already placed upon the taco! What magic could possibly repair this treachery!?» A burst of energy, heat rising through us both. The tension explodes in a wave of frustration and brilliance is born. Amongst the stress of battle, she manages to fight through her confusion. Steady hand, she scoops up a bit of steak, and places it ontop of the already Tofu thinged Taco. «There ya go!» I yell in ecstatic joy! Unable to contain her newfound powers and knowledge, she moves onto the next customer. Completely unaware of my existence, as if I was an unwanted ghost she did not want to see. I move on. I think she’s mad at me. 4 stars. Good tacos.

People please don’t eat here. I got the worst case of food poisoning here and as much as I used to love their food I cannot even look at one of their signs without gagging. Never again and not only this location but all locations, apparently they’ve been poisoning people for over a year now. How I didn’t know is beyond me but I learned the hard way. Don’t be caught with food poisoning y’all!

The Ultimate Karma!!, Back in September 2015 my son went through his first hiring process for a entry level position. He went through 3 separate interviews over a 3 week period, was told he got job and they would contact him which they didn’t. He went back and they gave him Chipotle’s story and mission statement and they told him to come back the next day for another interview. When he came back the interviewer stated to him that he thought they already hired him. After this interview another person told him that someone would contact him which they never did. They missed out on a very special hard working person, my son did find a job which has been a better fit for him, what has happened to Chipotle in the interim is the Ultimate Karma.

Service was okay. The employees were nice, but a little slow. The real kicker is when I went to the restroom, an employee threw away my food and drink. It honestly really ticked me off. They did make me another bowl, but they sure took their time Doing it. Definitely not a recommended location. They seem to have a ton of employees, but none of them really know what they’re doing.

This chipotle is extremely slow. There are a bunch of employees just standing around not doing anything! The bowl was messy. Wayyyy too much sour cream compared to everything else they tossed in my bowl. I ordered some chips. The employee looked into the bag and closed it up. I get home and there is no more than 10 chips in my bag. It was 1⁄8th full! Unacceptable.

My 5MINUTE in & out service. Order for pick up! Everyone knows chipotle has epically long lines. Everywhere. Some move fast some don’t but low and behold you can call in your order ahead of time and they’ll have it ready by the time you can pick it up AND you can walk right up to the register and bypass that long line! Parking: Prior to getting there, do not, I repeat! Do not attempt to park in front. Instead turn into Tilden street and park behind. Most likely there will be ample parking and maybe even a little shade. Avoid trying to park infront. You will always be stuck behind 2 or 3 people fighting for the same space waisting valuable 5 – 10 minutes on just parking. PARKBEHIND Panda Express. Picking up: When you go in have your cash ready to pay at the register and for the love of god) if your in no mood for wrong orders) check your order and get your empty cup(if you ordered a drink) fill it and pick up your own fork and napkins just make sure your order is right because after all people make mistakes and we’re not all perfect I really like this place. Haven’t had disproportionate meals and they have had good customer service. I bypass 2 of my nearest chipotle restaurants from my house because this is one of the better restaurants.

Pretty sure I didn’t order a raw onion burrito. ackh get it together people. 3 strikes and I’m out. It’s chipotle so my expectations are not too high, however I have had Chipotle all over america, it’s reasonable healthy road food, and this location blows it. I’m done.

I hope everyone stops eating here and you go out of business. Pizza rev is nextdoor and I will spend my money there. F…U miss roll your eyes at me!

Let me start by saying I eat at Chipotle two times a week on average. However this location, is hands down the worst chipotle I’ve even been to… and I’ve gave them plenty of chances. The staff is so incompetent here. I feel they like are just hiring their friends to hang out because no one knows how to roll a freaking burrito. On separate occasions Ive had ripped burritos and both times was asked«Do you want me to re-roll it for you?». No actually if you could take a knife and poke some more holes in it, that would make holding and eating a burrito even better! And on top of I’ve had to ask them to remake a burrito for not listening to «mild» salsa and watch them proceed to drown it in hot sauce. Just unprofessional. I felt compelled to leave this review just so fellow Unilocalers don’t ruin their Chipotle experience by going to this location. I choose to drive farther just to avoid going to this location. So in short… Eat Chipotle… just NOT at this one!

I don’t know why I ever eat at this Chipotle. I usually do try to avoid it. It’s the closest Chipotle to both my home and job. When I choose to eat Chipotle during work, I go to one located at least 5 minutes further away. However, when I’m off from work and running errands in the area, from time to time I give them a shot thinking that they will finally have their act together. They never do. They always seem to lack ingredients, especially fajitas. They ALWAYS take forever. The white rice is NEVER seasoned properly. There always seems to be employees who are doing absolutely nothing while the employees making food are struggling. I’ve stupidly eaten at this location about 15 times since it has opened. I was satisfied maybe twice. I’m shocked that this Chipotle is super busy. I’m sure most customers that go there have similarly bad experiences. But we sheep keep going here. We need to stop. Obviously Chipotle is such a great product that we stupidly choose to go here out of convenience. I hope I choose to never again give this location another chance. And to the owner of this franchise… You are a very fortunate person that lucked out with this location. However, I hope you know that you are a Chipotle failure. I’m shocked that Chipotle Corporate allows you to represent them. Shame.

Dinner ruined. I have no idea what happened to this location, I go here all the time. I got steak tacos and the meat is SO chewy I can’t even swallow it! I was spitting out every piece and finally had to make the phone call when I realize the whole dish is crap. Is this what happens when they change to a better ingredient/no hormones added, etc. They said bring back the receipt and they’ll credit me back, but my dinner is ruined and I’m pissed off. Anyone else go to this location today???

2nd and last time eating chipotle(at least from this same location) last time I was here the rice was undercooked and hard. This time as I was eating I decided to share my findings with my wife and child. They said the same thing. Seeing as this happened before when I was her I decided just to FYI the staff. Not even complaining to them… They both turned they(host«Cindy”(according to my receipt and no name tag guy behind counter) heads, shrugged and said«oh, we’ll let them(?) know»… And then they proceeded to do nothing about it. Horrible service and food. Never again… Biggest highlight and friendliest employee in the place was Salvador –who was cleaning up and couldn’t be a friendlier(he personally got a 5 star rating from me)

This place sucks donkey balls! I hate that I even have to give this place a star they deserve a negative five stars! I came here trying to get a burrito bowl and it took forever to get it! They didn’t have rice nor the meat I wanted and needed to wait for it. The guy tells me it will be two minutes but reality it it was like 20 minutes plus on top of the time I had already waited in line! I only stayed and waited because I was really craving my bowl! I think it’s pretty crappy customer service to say it will be a certain time and exceeds the time u say plus more! Just be honest and upfront! I don’t understand how u don’t have rice and meat on stand by seeing that those are the two main ingredients that go in almost ever dish in the establishment! Why would u not be prepared and ready?!? Annoying!!! Especially cuz this is a fast food place key word fast! The customer service sucks balls here! I wouldn’t come back here again

What a joke. Let me start by saying that eat at Chipotle almost weekly, though rarely this location. So this review is not for Chipotle in general but this specific one. I came here for dinner on Wednesday. We walked in and the line was pretty short for Chipotle standards, maybe 6 people in front of me. Well it didn’t turn out to matter I waited 25 minutes to place my order. Once I got to the front I realized why. Everyone working(at least those who were serving me) could have cared less about what they were doing. They were slow, they were not listening when customers where speaking to them, they were passing on food in the middle of me telling them what I wanted. When i finally got to pay the lady at the cash register asked if I wanted a drink and chips. I said yes to a drink no to chips, only the chips included in the kids meal. She argued with me that chips don’t come free with a kids me. Ugh. Yes they do. Finally I she ran my order and gave me my receipt. No drink. I told her I ordered a large drink. She said handed me a medium cup… I ordered a large drink I repeated. Finally I got the cup. UGH. If I hadn’t been with a little kids I would have just left, but if you bring kids places you know every trip out of the house is a mission. So I stuck it out, but don’t waste your time. This location needs some serious help, and the employees need an attitude check.

* Average wait time from standing in line to cashier is 22 minutes * This location is definitely cleaner than nearby locations if you want to dine-in * Staff is friendlier than other locations * But the wait time will test your patience

This was my first time at chipotle in a while and I came to this location. All the servers behind the counter were young females who had a rude/bratty attitude– especially one, who asked if I wanted anything else and as I took exactly a second to answer she hurried and passed my order before I could even respond. Also, the food tasted okay, but I don’t know if the quality and especially the quantity were worth the money. This happened 1 – 2 months ago and I haven’t been here since and don’t plan on returning.

I come to this chipotle to either meet with friends or clients because it has the semi quiet side dining area compared to the other ones where its always crowded everywhere. Usually never have a problem here with anything until today when I’m guessing the managers or chipotle corporate people were having a meeting there 2 tables from us. Situation: We were eating our burritos and couldn’t ignore the conversation they were having because the big guy(later found out named Tony) was being loud and rude to the chipotle employee they were sitting with. Hearing Tony complaining about their lack in customer service and how it needs to be fixed was ruining my customer experience. I would usually ignore the situation because I’ve worked at a restaurant before and I know how stressful it can get but there’s no excuse for being rude and disrespectful with your own employees. I’ll post a picture so you know exactly what meeting I’m talking about. ANDIFANYONEEVERSEESANYONEGETTINGMISTREATEDSAYSOMETHING.
