Jack in the Box

I went here and took the drive thru and was told to wait in the front. Then waited for 15 minutes for my food in the front and went in to find out they forgot about my order. Then I have to wait another 5 minutes to get my food. Then to find out that they gave me the wrong order.

So they forgot to prepare our order. We waited for over 15 minutes after going in the drive through, to see that they forgot to make the food. If we didn’t go in and ask we would’ve waited for over 30 minutes.

I ordered a Double Jack and it was ok. It needed onions in my opinion and some ooomphh in their sauce, it was kinda bland. In N Out still has the better burger! Sorry Jack! Make ur sauce a little tastier

This place is a dump. I work near the location, and decided to order over drive-​thru.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone back to my office with a wrong order… Today was the last straw.
Well, they made my sandwich with mayo. (Learned to finally check my order) I went inside and asked them to make it again. 10 minutes and 4 customers later… still no sandwich. I asked Enrique, the cashier if they were making it. He said that he’s sorry, that they got swamped. I was shocked by his response. I asked for my money back. He said he would not. Eventually, the manger (who was very kind) gave me my money back.

So today, after I got lost from somewhere, I go to jack. I was NOT planning on ordering anything but just to grab a cup of water. I saw a nice gentleman name Justin (I think that’s his name) (double yikes!) he had a nice smile to the point I was embarrassed to ask for free water LOL. It wasn’t just any smile but a smile that says «how can I get your order» I guess he saw me waiting I don’t know. Point is a smile can do so much to a person aka a customer. I know what it’s like to work at a restaurant and I work for a high company where customer service is required. I was literally having a shitty day did not expect a smile. normally go to this jack in the box only thru drive thru and the service is awesome ! Maybe next time il go in more often. Also I lost my debit card at that location maybe I threw it in the trash by accident :(my brother thought the new soda machine is cool…

Apparently you have to be retarded to even get hired here…
Order at 10:53… Don’t get my food until 11:12, only after a cashier thought it odd I was sitting here for so long. Luckily I was only on a lunch break from work so it’s not like I had to be back anywhere…
This will be my last visit to this location.

I had a meeting to attend and was rushed to grab something quick to eat. I ordered what I usually order at other jack locations, #10. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering that order again. I took my first bite, it felt a bit weird, first I thought maybe because I had been chewing gum, I sipped on my drink, and took another bite, this bite made me gag and spit out my food. Chicken was NOT well cooked. Unfortunately I couldn’t return for refund. Later yesterday afternoon I had the most painful stomach ache. Never again.

Visited for the first time with my boyfriend and IT WAS AWFUL. The cashier was nice but the food was gross and overpriced. My rubbery, over-​cooked grilled chicken was dripping in oil and had gristle bits all throughout. My boyfriend’s chicken strips were tasteless and his grilled sandwich tasted only of pickles and vinegar. I swear I’m not picky, this food was really that bad. The nutritional values are also way off on the menu– in case you care about that.
The cleanliness is lack luster, but I guess that’s to be expected. For two people at $ 25 dollars you could have much better food options.

This is my local Jack in The Box — Awesome… never have I been given a sub-​par meal. Their food is ALWAYS fresh and the lettuce is green and looks exactly like the picture. The shakes are all awesome. The staff is really good. They are always very busy so there really isn’t much time to socialize with conversation. They are hustling getting order ready and turn out Excellent food.

This is located is located near Birmingham High School so I’ve had my fair share of visits. Service varies depending on what time of the day you go or who is working. Some times I have a speedy easy drive thru experience and other times I have a long wait accompanied by a side of attitude.
Food is pretty consistent — fried in a brown bag. I would not avoid this location but don’t set your hopes too high.

My favorite thing to order off of the menu is the southwest chicken salad which tastes so good, and if I wanna be bad and feel guilty I order the curly fries with egg rolls

I normal go to Jacks in the morning, they are fast and today the girl at the drive thru was very nice. That’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. At times I get grumpy ass ppl which I guess I should understand cuz it is the morning. but when you have a customer service job you need to put ur issues to the side. Anyway the good is alwYd good and I never have a problem with my orders
The prices are like all Jacks. I do like going there cuz you can order anything on the Menu not just breakfast.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and when I got home I noticed they gave me a jumbo jack!!! Yuck… Gggrrrr!!!

The service here is «ok», but the food quality is not good. I’ve been a few times, and the burgers are not well made. They are lacking the signature flavors, as it seems like they are never assembled with the correct ratio of ingredients or cooked to spec. On those rare occasions when I need a fast food fix, I want it to taste like what they generate my craving for. Coming here always makes me regret it and I can’t say I’ll ever be returning.

Always friendly pretty decent food and wait time is not bad. Plus its around the corner so I come a couuple times a month.

I want to say one of the friendlier Jack in the Box locations.
They are usually quick when i’m in the drive through and I want to say thats a big thing for me because its means i’m in a hurry. They use to have a great Hot Mess burger but now they replaced it with another burger.
Still good predictable safe food. Can’t good wrong.

I went here this morning to pick up some breakfast. The guy working the drive through was very annoying! He was rushing me to order, talking fast, and just plain rude. I really wish these places would take a page from Chick-​fil-​a customer service handbook.

Great customer service! They are always accommodating when it comes to asking for extra sauces, ketchup, etc. This is my favorite Jack in the Box.

I went with my friend to grab lunch, and he was pissed off when he saw his cheeseburger without cheese! too bad we took the food to go so when he noticed we werent near the jack. so much for a cheese burger :(Now he hates this place and doesnt bother to stop by!
